I love how they also are a flesh tone, better for wearing under all colors of clothes. Absorbant is good as well

This is the only thing I can use for my issue. I wish they made 2xl and keep in mind people come in all shapes and sizes. I use the XL size and it rolls down. I weigh right at 300 and wear a size 3xl/4xl. Bigger sizes should be available to accommodate everyone. A higher waist may help keep it from rolling down?

My mom says these does the job, but does not understand why they only make 2 sizes: 1) small/ medium and 2) large. The sm/med is on the small side and the large is too big. I don’t understand that either. WHY?? Hopefully the manufacturer will look into that and change that.

I have these to my mom she said they worked great with leaks just have to get used to them the panties fit good but way different than wearing regular panties she wears them to sleep in because she sometimes has a hard time making it to the bathroom especially at nighttime so these panties are a big help for her and she plans to purchase more and recommends them for difficulties making it to the bathroom and staying dry.

If you’re looking for a diaper, then these are great. But labeling them as underwear is so misleading because they’re nothing like underwear. I’ve seen period underwear before that are much more like underwear. This is literally a diaper. False advertising.

I can’t always find a safe place to pull over to quickly and as I’m getting older sometimes I need to go when I need to go. Always Discreet act as a safety net and I appreciate that the underwear doesn’t look bulky and is comfortable to wear.
