I like that they are unscented as the scented one normally make that area down there itchy. My period are mostly heavy and those pads were my savors.  I slept like a baby and still stayed dry in the next day. There are many underwear period panties onthe market but none of them are so fashionable like Always.  They are so comfortable in those that sometimes I forgot I were wearing panty. They are  very secures. I wore them during camping night and it waz never leaked.

They are very soft and confortable, and I didnt feel like I was wearing a diaper because they felt like normal underwear and they didnt make a rustling sound either. It was so much easier to use these than having to worry about putting a pad down and getting it in the right spot before I started dripping on the floor lol. I've peed myself a few times since being home and these underwear caught every last drop. Every time I felt like I was going to have pee running down my leg, or it was going to soak through to my pants, but every time there were no leaks anywhere. They caught everything! There is a bow at the top on one side to be able to tell which side is the front. I highly recommend these for postpartum and will definitely be buying them again when I have my next baby.

When I do heavy lifting, especially deadlifts, I often leak a little. I’ve been using panty liners, but sometimes they just aren’t enough and it can be embarrassing to leak in a gym full of men! I was excited to try these Discreet Underwear with the free sample form Influenster and Always because it was a great way to see if this product would solve my need. And boy did they work! My gym posts the work out the night before, so I looked for heavy lifting days and made sure to wear these Discreet Underwear on days that I thought I may have a leaking problem. They were very comfortable and I didn’t really notice much of a difference from regular underwear. They fit well and were not noticeable outside of my clothes. They didn’t make any sound when I moved or sat down, which had always been a concern. Even under my tight gym clothes, you couldn’t see them! I did a lot of heavy lifting in these Always Discreet Underwear and they withstood the test. Even when I did leak during my workouts, they held everything. We lift before the rest of the workout and even when I had already peed in them, they didn’t leak at all throughout the rest of the workout. I asked a few of my lady friends in the class and they had no idea I was wearing them. I was very impressed that they worked so well and didn’t leak during some intense CrossFit workouts! I will certainly be purchasing these again and recommend them to any woman who has pelvic floor issues and doesn’t want them to be noticed at the gym!

I should've gotten a x-large since I wear a size 16 for a little better fit. They are true to color when they say peach. Cute design and great protection.
