I use Always products more often than other brands. So far I have not had any issues with leakage or skin problems. I appreciate a good quality product.

I appreciate that they don't look or feel like diapers when wearing, because postpartum already isn't glamorous! I would say the one thing they aren't great for are the postpartum night sweats... Since they are extra absorbent, they are not extra breathable.
