These were snug enough, but still room for padsicles for healing. No leaks. Cute design. You can hear them crinkle while walking though.

No worries if you leak on your period because this absorbs it and prevents staining your clothes! Plus size ladies will need a large size than XL to be comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these today and tried a pair on…they feel like fabric, but they are a bit oversized - they bunch up but only slightly …other than that, they do look like pretty underwear and feel comfortable to wear. While I like the peach color, I’m thinking black with a similar contrasting pattern in white or pink would look nice and be more my style, but these are nice too. These will be great in case I have any future post-surgery need for them or have future bladder leakage issues. I have never worn something like this before and I usually stay away from pads as well because I don't like the feeling of them. The package was cute and discreet and the actual undies are a nice color but that's about it. They don't fit over both butt cheeks and I'm constantly having to readjust them. I'm not sure about the absorption because I couldn't wear them for long either time I tried. I wouldn't really recommend these.
