A big sneeze, surprise cough, or even a genuine belly laugh can lead to leaks. These has been a lifesaver! They’re surprisingly thin (no bulk), they sit nicely under most clothes without showing lines, and the fabric feels soft. They handles leaks well - I feel secure while wearing. They are quite absorbent and the pad is totally from front to back with good coverage. They are well made, didn’t fray or rip while wearing all day long. I would recommend these to ladies with some bladder leakage.

I had thinner pants on too and you couldn't tell the difference between me wearing real undies or these. My only little complaint was that they seemed to be slightly scented. Not that I mind scented products but the scent of this was an odd one. Since they worked well though I can overlook this and will most likely buy again in the future.

Rather than being simply a liner for regular panties, this is a wearable pair of underwear with surprisingly soft and stretchy material that actually resembles fabric and feels soft to touch. Because of the similarity to regular panties, it is a discreet way to handle slight bladder leaks. There is no odor, and the panties are easily disposed of in the garage after use. All in all a helpful product for those looking for more protection than regular liners provide.

They seem to work well and I can wear one pair the whole day without a problem. I think the only problem that I have that I'm not the biggest fan of is the way that they fit on the back side. I kind of wish that the shape of them would fit more like a real pair of underwear, however I don't find them oddly uncomfortable and can slip on regular underwear over top without a problem. I am holding on to these for a hysterectomy that I'm probably going to be getting and these Will come in handy. They also worked well when doing light exercise because they don't tend to bunch up or move around in way that a regular pad that you stick in your underwear does when you're moving and twisting.
