[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great - very absorbent, no leaks, and form-fitting. I love that they are so effective while not being thick enough to look like a diaper! They are very soft and flexible which helps keep them discreet underneath clothing. They are listed as slightly scented, but the sweet floral scent is very apparent in a pleasant way. Definitely one of the better disposable underwear out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the smells is a mild vanilla plumeria smell which is amazing. The cotton is comfortable and flexible. I normally wear medium/large underwear but I was sent small/medium and I was still able to stretch the material enough to fit. It is a really thin like underwear but with a maxi pad. So I found these very comfortable but did tear when I dug my nails in to pull up but that was all. Even after a big leak, these held up very well and I still felt dry and did not smell. I am going to try these for my menstrual cycle. I honestly think these are way more comfortable than using a pad at night that shifts around or gets moved around or stuck in the Crack. These have a full front and back coverage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Always Discreet Boutique Maximum Underwear, and was honestly impressed with how comfortable in discreet they feel compared to traditional protective underwear. The first thing I noticed was the softer fabric like material. They feel much more like regular underwear than the bulky medical style products I've seen before. The fit was comfortable and fairly true to size and they stayed in place well throughout the day without feeling too tight or awkward.

I am not in them long but they keep the moisture away from my skin. I can't really smell anything even in a closed car I'm really impressed. It’s 2026- don’t we all know fragrances are hormone disrupters? I am certainly not putting fragrance, much less this much fragrance anywhere near my who-ha especially when it’s been ripped open and is prone to infection. The stretch seems great but that’s about all I can say. My understanding is that Depends has some that are fragrance free. I’ll be using Rael.
