I've been using the Always Discreet boutique underwear postpartum during my menstrual cycles and they are exactly what I've been looking for. Truly the first incontinence underwear I've used that doesn't feel and look like your wearing a diaper. They mimic underwear perfectly and are so comfortable and breathable. They have a high rise, curve hugging design so even when wearing leggings, you can't tell. Having had 4 cesarean sections back to back and being postpartum, my menstrual cycles are very heavy and I haven't had 1 single leak since switching to the Always discreet boutique underwear. The waistband is stretchy for better fit, there is a lace like print on top of the waistband to make it look more like a real fabric than a disposable. I have had four c-sections and so even sometimes when I sneeze or cough I unfortunately have small bladder leaks. These are actually very comfortable and pretty padded but are discreet under clothing as long as it’s not too tight. I did think that they looked a lot prettier on the package then once I opened them. But despite that, they work well, and for me well.
