I put a pad inside of these and used them as a replacement for the postpartum undies you get at the hospital. Great alternative to having to wear real underwear after childbirth. They would also be great for incontinence which is what they are made for. They have a diaper like lining but without the bulk of a diaper. They are discreet under clothing as well.
