Fantastic for post partum ladies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] fantastic product! I can count on always products to keep me feeling fresh, dry, and clean. I just had a baby and post partum random leaks are annoying and inconvenient. These underwear have been a lifesaver, they should definitely be kept in a go bag and I have some in my kid’s diaper bag too. They are soft and smooth, fit well, absorb leaks, smell nice, and stay in place all day.

Discrete but functional!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very comfortable, thin and discrete. I love that they are designed to fit a woman’s body. Even though they are thin there have been no leaks. They are lightly scented, not overpowering, just a nice feminine scent. I do not think anyone would know you are wearing these even in leggings.

A good postpartum option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a postpartum mama, immediately following birth, I think these are a great option that is a step above the hospital undies with the giant postpartum pad. Very recently I had my youngest child, and when I sent my husband to the store looking for something exactly like this, it didn’t exist! My only choices were to get adult depends!! …which wasn’t exactly my vibe, lol! Had these been in store that day, these would have been exactly what I wanted and needed. The concept of having the pad already attached to the undies is ideal, especially because postpartum pads just never stay in place no matter what you do. With this product, the extra little design in the front is a cute addition, perhaps to make you feel a little less like a grown adult in a diaper, standing next to your newborn… also wearing a diaper. **insert comedic relief laughter here** But I think that design should have continued around the back as well. These are also very high waisted, which is ideal postpartum as you just really need that little tummy hug. The inside edge near the pad is also gusseted, I know from years of cloth diapering my babes, that gussets help stop leaks before they destroy clothes, so that’s a nice extra touch for anyone needing heavier protection. The fabric is a little bit soft, as promised, but I think it’s a reach to call it “fabric like” in any way. It feels like a diaper…. Not fabric. It’s also scented…. Heavily. Which is not what I’m personally looking for, but I could understand someone with incontinence desiring that detail. But for me personally, I prefer unscented completely, or at minimum naturally scented since it’s literally touching a very porous, sensitive, area of the body. The packaging has a nice rip top, that can stay like a flap, so you can easily reach in to grab another and then keep the rest well stored and tidy. Most products in the category just rip open and stay open, so that was a thoughtful addition. I was also skeptical that the product would truly fit the size range it states, but sure enough it does fit from the small size, to the medium range, and I think that description is accurate. It’s also not going to be very breathable, and you will sweat behind the synthetic plastic like material, only a natural fabric would breathe. Overall this is a good product, that I would personally purchase tomorrow for postpartum use. But ideally, in my perfect dream land world, I would rather a clean and chemical free version of this product personally. And that kind of product would be what I would give 5 stars. So whilst this product is still good, and useful, and I would indeed buy it, it’s just good enough. Not great.

Thank you for your incredibly detailed and insightful review of our Always Discreet Boutique Underwear, especially from a postpartum perspective. We're glad you found many features beneficial, like the built-in pad, high waist, and convenient packaging. We deeply appreciate your honest feedback regarding the "fabric-like" feel, the heavy scent, and breathability. We understand these aspects are not ideal for everyone, particularly sensitive skin. Your comprehensive comments are invaluable and will be shared directly with our product development team for future consideration. For an unscented option, we recommend our Always Discreet Postpartum underwear, available at Target.

Bulkier isn’t Always Better!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these!! Especially in comparison to some of the other brands I’ve tried before! These are a lot thinner & the fit is more panty like than diapy like! lol I mean who wants to feel like they’re walking around in an adult diaper?! Or have to be all paranoid about whether or not anyone can tell if you’re wearing something?! Even with some pretty snug pants on these still aren’t visible! All and all I definitely recommend them for not just the comfort but also the absorption too! They work great & feel great too!

Doesn't show under clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet, let's be real, it's a ladies diaper. Always is owned by P&G, so it's no surprise that these smell like their diaper brand. Thankfully it's not as strong, because as a new mom I was never a fan of the scent. I guess if anyone catches a whif they'll just think you smell like baby powder. They are much more comfortable than wearing a menstrual pad. I can fit my regular underwear over them (I figured I'd try it, because if I were to have an accident while out I can easily remove them without undressing in a dirty public bathroom). I didn't like how high they come up, as they peek out of the back of my pants. They also peaked out of the front of my underwear. For reference, the pants in the photo come up to my belly button, so that was annoying that you could still see the Always. They otherwise were undetectable under my jeans and the material was rather comfy. I could barely notice them for the four or so hours I wore them. Decided to wear them to work. I move around a lot at work and tend to break a sweat easily. My underpants kept dry, but the pad from these started to fill up from my sweat. It went from barely there to feeling like I was wearing an over night pad halfway through my shift. I eventually got this sudden feeling that I needed to go and might have an accident right then and there if I moved wrong. But I didn't have the nerve to intentionally try them out. When I finally made my way to the bathroom, I decided to take them off because of the sweat. Let me tell you, they were not discreet, as far as removal went. It sounded like I was shredding a t-shirt trying to rip this thing off of me. The alternative was to full on take my pants off to remove them like underwear, and I wasn't about to do that, given how dirty the floor was. I don't see myself using these at work again. But I would definitely put one on if I know I won't have easy access to bathrooms. That extra layer of protection was nice, but I don't have enough accidents to justify wearing these daily.

Comfortable, Discreet & Reliable Protection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These absorbent underwear give excellent protection without sacrificing comfort. The fabric-like feel makes them soft and easy to wear, while the fit is secure without feeling bulky. During use, they provide reliable leak protection and help control odor, making them ideal for overnight or heavy days. They stay in place well and feel discreet under clothing. A dependable option for confidence and comfort when you need it most.

Beautiful, comfortable, size up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are so beautiful and comfortable! Perfect for a new mom, or someone my age who sometimes has bladder leaks— especially when I have a cold and am sneezing often! My only feedback is that I wish I had gotten these one size larger— the small/ medium fits up to size 14, but I normally wear a 10 and think I would be even more comfortable in a larger size.

Supurb option for bladder leaks if pads feel bulky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer these underwear over the incontinence pads as they can be extremely bulky. I was pleasantly surprised by the material-they really do feel like fabric and are very soft. I have been using these mainly at night and during workouts and they are comfortable and stay put with movement and do prevent small leaks. My only real complaint is sizing as I received S/M (sizes 2-14) and they are pretty snug (I am a size 8 in pants). There is also a slight gap on the butt area where I feel it should be more secure to help prevent any spillage. That could just be my body type but worth noting. There is a slight scent (floral?) that is reminiscent of my late grandmother but I do not smell them at all while wearing and only notice when changing and pulling out a new pair.

Belly comfortable, leakage proof overall good prod

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always discreet boutique are comfortable. The long waist design was comfortable on my swollen belly after surgery. The leakage guard was sufficient and there was no leakage. Would of preferred something a little more discreet or a thinner version of it.
