Things I wish I could change- the inside of the fridge just seems short, we have to place a lot of items on their sides in order to fit. I also wish there was a glass bottle option for the water pitcher. Otherwise I love this fridge and system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this four months ago to replace an ailing side by side that had treated us well for almost 14 years. This is our first non side by side fridge, and we weren't sure that the new format (French door fridge with bottom freezer) would be as good, especially concerning freezer space, but it is great! The fridge itself has a ton of room, and that is before considering the deli drawer, it's awesome! The freezer actually has a ton of room, and the two kinds of ice is a bonus. The LED lighting is excellent, and the fridge has been perfect for the past for months, no problems. Finally, I love the app connectivity, the notification when the fridge or freezer is left open is very handy (kids :/).

It is a big refrigerator with lots of space‼️ We especially love the water station. The water pitcher is always full of fresh cold water. The difference ice sizes is also a favorite.

We use it all the time from filling up the coffee pot to getting a nice cold glass of filtered water. To getting milk etc. it also saves on opening up the whole refrigerator doors just to get some milk. We love the size and how roomy it is and the freezer is great with crushed and regular ice cubes. We are so happy that we choose this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge to replace a Whirlpool that was 24 years old and no longer keeping food at the right temperature. I’m amazed by the amount of space inside this fridge! It maximizes every square foot possible. I love the in door water dispenser as it enables the fridge to have a slick clean appearance. The only thing I question is why I didn’t upgsde my fridge sooner!

Fridge broke within one year (leaking Freon). Has taken more than one month for Samsung to coordinate its repair, which is still not complete. They do not centrally save notes, so multiple technicians came out without up to date information, and could not repair the unit. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this fridge for about 8 weeks so far and it hits on all marks. Our favorite part is the beverage center as the chilled pitcher of water is great. The matte black steel and beverage center have cut down on fingerprints and water stains.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this fridge for about 2 weeks, so I'm still learning about it. That being said, there are some things that I really like, and some things that I wish were more like my old Samsung 297 model. Mostly, at this point, I'm concerned about the dimensions of the shelving and drawers. So far it has been difficult for me to come up with a "set-up" that is logical. For example, keeping similar items near each other. Unbelievably, given the size of this unit, I am running out of space when I try to organize as I would like. Of course, this might change as I have time to play around with the arrangement. A positive is that it looks fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new fridge. One thing I wasn’t sure about was the ice scoop in the ice storage area. It makes things very easy. I also like the different size cubes that can be chosen. The amount of food that it holds is great also.
