[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Samsung 4 door refrigerator. The top 2 doors allows easy access for all my groceries items. I like that the left door has 2 opening options. Full open for the food and outer door access for the automatically filled water pitcher and items on the doors’s shelve. We use the center programmable drawer to beverages, cheese and lunch meat but you could even use it for a soft freezer. The freezer drawer is plenty big for most items. We especially like the 2 different sizes of ice cubes. Normal size ones and mini. We never run out of ice. The stainless steel exterior is easy to clean. You can ever setup the controls to work with your smart phone. We highly recommend this 29 cf refrigerator.

Who doesnt Love nuggget ice ?? My last fridge I thought was this tops it I now feel Like it’s too big makes me look like I don’t have enough food I recommend this fridge if your on a budget everyone that has come over Is always amazed with it I defiently think you should purchase !! And you can change the panels to different colors what fridge lets you do thatb?! I highly recommend !

The beverage center is an added plus as is the flex zone drawer. Temperature holds steady in all areas. The smooth front without handles is a pleasant feature in the kitchen. It is well made and easy to move. The stainless steel finish is quite pretty and fingerprint resistant. The freezer with the ice maker allows a large capacity for frozen food. The two vegetable drawers are handy and each one can be accessed by opening only one door.

Bought the Bespoke 4 door French Door Smart Refrigeator on 10/28/2025. Just a little of 2 month old, go on vacation return 10 days later and freezer is not working had to throw everything away no ice, trays are full of water, now the beverage drawer is getting warmer and now the top fridge is warming up, having to throw many things away, call for service, had to turn power off and now have to wait 3 hours to see if it will start cooling down and making ice, if not, then have to call for service, got rid of my old Samsung because of ice maker freezing up every 2 weeks and now we are back to freezer issues, not happy!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful appliance. I like the automatic refill pitcher and I can infuse my water. There is more room in this refrigerator than in my older one. I like having a dedicated vegetable drawer. The clean lines inside and outside appeal to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is awesome, it’s so spacious inside and the drawers it comes with are so convenient, the freezer is huge and the water pitcher is always full with ice cold water so we don’t have to buy so many water bottles anymore. I highly recommend it and it look's beautiful in my kitchen. My next step is the range.

This is the worst fridge ever! Do not waste your money. The warranty is a lie. Samsung will send out a company to steal your money then tell you they can’t do the work. Samsung is horrible. Took 8 weeks lawyer year for them to honor the warranty and replace the cooling system in a 1year old fridge. Then one year later and the cooling system and ice maker go out again. Now Samsung is saying it’s still warranty but they can’t get anyone out to fix it. Even though I have found 3 companies that will fix it. Samsung is the worst company in the world to deal with when it comes to a warranty. This makes 2 years in a row that my family and I have been without a fridge for 8weeks (first time) and 4weeks so far this time and still no fridge. Honestly save your money no matter how much you like the product, because your dealing with a company that doesn’t care about you or your family’s inconvenience, they only care about themselves and they will drive you up a wall until you decide to give up and go buy something else. Take my word for it. This is a horrible investment and this is the worst company I have ever felt with when it comes to them backing there product.

Overall, it’s been reliable and practical for everyday family use, and I’m really happy with it.

I’ve had the refrigerator less than 2 years. The compressor is out and was told it’s not worth fixing. Because I didn’t get an extended warranty it’s just garbage. I’ve tried to contact Samsung but only get AI telling me my product is out of warranty. Do not recommend.

The door in a door is the greatest idea.We are able to get water and other beverages without opening the door to the refrigerator, which keeps the cold air in the refrigerator where it belongs. The sleek design, beverage center with auto fill water pitcher and the two different size ice cubes have to be my favorite features.
