This unit is not very user friendly. To get ice, you have to open the freezer door, slide open the ice drawer, and it usually drops ice behind the drawer. Then you can open the beverage center door to get water. My recommendation is to simulate how you would interact with the unit before you purchase and regret it afterneaa.

Don't regret buying it, but have a few complaint about the aluminum material the doors are covered with. It is very easy to leave a fingermark there despite the claims on the product page and also it is extremely easy to scratch it, much easier than other fridges I had. Also doors could have been made to close softer and easier.

2nd one we bought. Loved everything about it until you spill liquid on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator compartment. It IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TAKE THE GLASS SHELF APART TO CLEAN IT. This is seriously the worst engineering design I have ever seen in an appliance (I used to work in the appliance mfg industry). How could you design something where it is so easy to have liquid get under the glass and over the plastic but not have any way to take it apart to clean it? Did you do any real world product testing. This more than negates the other really nice features of this fridge.

Purchased this fridge about 3 weeks ago. Love it. So much space and the design allows me to actually seperate different good groups into crispers and the second pull out drawer. This allows more room on the fridge shelves for platters and casseroles and leftovers . I love the self filling water pitcher. Never have to wait for cold water and the high water filter spout now allows for tall glasses and thermos fill ups. The ice tray makes two different sizes and is always full. Everything is so modern and the wi fi feature allows me to make adjustments when needed by my phone. I would buy this again .

The beverage pitcher that refills as soon as it is put back in place is very convenient and the filtered water is crystal clear. The ice in two different sizes and solidly frozen is perfect for any beverage or recipe. Both the freezer and refrigerator are large capacity and the shelving is easy to adjust. the middle drawer is easily adjusted for snacks or whatever else is best suited for the owner. On top of all that, the cooling system is very quiet and efficient. I am very thankful for my Bespoke.

Incredible look, easy to clean, very, very organized and the ice maker (2 types of ice) is something you didn't know you needed. The beverage center is unbelievably great. Always have cold water in a pitcher (we’ve added cucumbers and now lemons-yum! Was thinking of redoing some things in the kitchen but this and the Bespoke induction range (along w/a new washable runner) has totally changed the look. Large capacity fridge makes entertaining a breeze!

Best fridge I have ever owned, so much space for everything one needs. I love the two drawers one being the freezer ant the bottom and the middle drawer can be set to a freezer or fridge temps and can be used as a freezer, beverage drawer or deli drawer. The temperatures are easily adjustable inside the fridge to whatever you prefer. We use it for deli and it’s great to keep meat and cheeses seperate in the fridge. The organization in this fridge is amazing we love the beverage door that opens only part of the door to access beverages and the water jug. It’s a huge hit in my home and everyone loves this High end, high class cool fridge. The door ding is great for if you have kids that leave the door open too long serves as a great reminder for them to close the fridge in a timely matter. Truly the best fridge ever with the best features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is beautiful and very functional. I wish I had this when my children were small. Roomy shelves and with the French doors, everything inside is within easy reach. The beverage center dispenses cold water and has a pitcher of cold water in it for guests. Holds cans of soda or juice. While the ice cubes are in the bottom freezer, they are a perfect size and do not get stuck together. The ice tray doesn't take up freezer space at all. The beverage center and the drawer are both something I never thought I needed but now think how did I live without them.

This Refridgerator is beautiful. I love the glass front. I love the small drawer for snacks, I love the ice makers and the bottom freezer. I am 70 years old and this is probably my 5th refridgetor that I’ve had to change a filter. This fridge is almost IMPOSSIBLE to change the filter. The water MUST be turned off before changing it. It means you must pull out the fridge and turn the valve or in my case go to the crawl space and turn off the house water. The pressure is so high that reinstalling the filter is VERY difficult to replace. I have just finished mopping up my floor, cleaning out all the drawers, and trying to roll the fridge out. Did I mention I’m 70? I now have choices. I can never change the filter again or hire a plumber to do it. ARGH!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are very happy with our new refrigerator, it looks great and we are happy with the setup inside of it, we were very hesitant about having the water inside the door instead of outside, but we love it. I would have to say the worst part is trying to get my extra panels as part of our purchase rebate, it seems impossible to find a human being.
