I bought this Refrigerator a month ago. I am very happy with the product , I like the Beverage center with easy access to water jug . It is so much convenient to use. The fridge is very quiet , and has flex zone to adjust that zone for our requirement. Also like the ice tray feature with access to more ice compared to my old Refrigerator.

The metal inside cools things quickly, so I can take a bottle of white wine right from the store to serving. I like the water pitcher feature, and it fills quickly for large groups. I also like the variety of options for shelving on the inside.

We get so many compliments on the sleekness of the design too. We love the beverage station - we use the water pitcher constantly and the ice drawer in the freezer. We love the flex drawer and how we can change that to meet our needs. It’s also easy for our daughter to access and reach things. She loves that we’re able to write on it too. The only thing that could make it better was if we got the one with the screen!

The settings to change the drawer temperature works great to keep different items cool depending on what you have. I just wish the ice dispenser was the one with the spherical ICE option however it does work great.

The absolute best fridge we have ever owned! You can see everything in the fridge. The front is easy to clean and stays that way because all the water/ice mess is hidden inside! The refill pitcher is a huge bonus especially here in AZ because our cold tap water is warm. The ice selection is very nice to have. I love how you can fit whatever you need to because of the shelf system. One flips for really tall items and the door pockets are huge! I am in love! It’s really pretty and sleek looking. You can customize the middle drawer to be fridge or freezer! This refrigerator makes the most sense of any refrigerator I have ever had!

The water dispenser is quick you fill in and the ice feature in the bottom is exactly what it’s convenient and I love the beverage center in the middle.

I researched fridges for atleast a month and kept coming back to this one, it has everything I wanted - ice machine, a separate drawer for the kids snacks, and is large enough for a big family, and the water jug is an amazing bonus! After receiving it and using it the past 3 month, I have no regrets at all! It does all I wanted and is working perfectly. The ice machine is quiet, you don't hear the "drops" and the water jug has been a huge hit with the kids. The separate water door and snack drawer save the main fridge doors from being left wide open while they take inventory and decide on a snack. The only change i would make is an ice dispenser rather then the drawer (though it is handy also). Overall, we love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couple of things about the refrigerator that present problems. Most importantly, the doors need an extra “push” to ensure that they are closed. They do not close on their own which they shouldn’t but these door require a little extra. After 30-60 seconds there is a soft “beep” that reminds you the door is open. There is only 2 of us, no children, and we leave the door open all the time. Not intentionally. When the doors are left open, especially the freezer compartment, the defrost kicks in and frost develops in the freezer compartment. It’s a problem.
