I originally wrote a review that I like the fridge, but the "white glass" panels are not white at all. It's a light gray at best. Very disappointed in the coloring as it doesn't look at all like the photos. Samsung replied to my review that "The color of the fridge panel can vary based on the type of lighting present. It's always best to visit a local store to check the actual colors in person." Since I can't reply to their response, I'll do so here. First, obviously I saw the fridge in person first, and it's clearly a different color than what arrived at my home. You can see that in my own photo, and no lighting would ever make this the same shade of white that's in every promotional photo or what I saw in person. Looking through review photos on this very website, you can see that the color of the panels varies. I'm attaching a screenshot of a review where both the bottom panels were "white" and but the middle color clearly looks like mine (grey), and the very bottom panel is the white they've advertised. How would lighting explain that one? This is a known quality control issue that I've found discussed on online forums, and I just wish that Samsung would acknowledge it instead of gaslighting us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a few years ago and it’s been one of the best fridges I’ve owned. Besides it being trouble free the configuration of the fridge is pretty awesome. Since this fridge is 30 cubic feet, there is more than enough space for all of the various compartments. The 2 best compartments are the oversized vegetable and same sized fresh fruit bins. The middle bin is also a great feature because the temperature can be set from freezing to normal fridge temps. All of the materials that make up this unit are top quality. Stainless steel inside and out are in fact stainless and don’t dent too easily. The lines are clean and the construction of the water station and ice bins are top notch. The technology imbedded in the fridge is excellent. The water station provides fresh filtered water in an infusion pitcher. Along side the pitcher is a water fountain for a quick glass of water. Samsung has an app, called “smart things,” which allows you to control the temperature in all 3 sections of the fridge, and lets you know when the filter needs to be replaced. Which is my only complaint; the filter does not last very long. For the money, I couldn’t be happier with this refrigerator. I feel like I got great value for my money.
