The ice maker is down hidden in the freezer compartment, which we love (don't need to worry about it freezing up from refrigerator condensation). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The style of this refrigerator fits right in with my kitchen cabinets. Looks like it was just made for it. The no handle doors are great and the four doors are very convenient. The long middle drawer is great for odd size foods and I can change the temperature accordingly. My fave door is the water pitcher and 2 shelves. I keep my heavy cream in there which makes it very handy to grab in the morning for my coffee. Overall, I’m very pleased with every aspect of this refrigerator and it’s extremely quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first reason I decided to change my old refrigerator was the noise. And this new Samsung Bespoke is perfect. It is really silent and honestly I couldn't hear any sound from it. And even the ice falling doesn't make any unpleasant noise. I only hear only one time very small whispering ice dropping sound during the last 1 month. Not to mention the design and cooling function, everything is really perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fridge! The only thing I wish was different was the material on the outside of the fridge. I am constantly wiping of fingerprints. Other than that, it holds more than enough food. The middle drawer makes it so easy to store fruits and veggies. I love that I am able to adjust the temp between the top of the fridge and the drawer. I also love that I was able to get an app to control the temp and make ice. I also love how the middle shelf on the top is adjustable. The entire layout of the fridge is perfect.

We've had this for over a year now, we love it, it's somehow more spacious than our older fridge although it's volume is smaller, there was some smart engineering on the arrangement of space. The only caveat I have and the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars, is the pitcher, it gets moldy very fast, and the cap is loose, we need to clean it very frequently as water will get into cramped spaces that should be water tight (the reason the cap is loose), and when we pour water we need to hold the cap. looking for a replacement and those pitchers are too expensive

The icemaker is a fast improvement over the previous Samsung refrigerators. I enjoy that the new stainless steel is actually magnetic so that I can put my grandchildren pictures on the refrigerator. I love the layout of the refrigerator beverage drawer. It holds lots of beverages more so than the previous model. The configuration of the icemaker with two styles of ice is a nice addition. I also enjoy that I can access and make changes to the settings from my phone.

The deli drawer is very huge and can be divided in a various section depending on your needs also the ice Ice cubes with both size are great. The regular ice cubes in the nugget ice cubes with the scoop and it’s a little holding case very conveniently located in the freezer drawers.
