[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerator! So much more room than the GE counter depth that was left by the previous owners. I had all new Samsung appliances at our old home & wanted them in our new home as well. The beverage center is so convenient & it's great not having the mess of the water & ice on the outside of the door. Thought we might miss the crushed ice but the ice bites are great. We just replaced the top door panels with the black glass & it looks really sleek. Also fun to be able to decorate the glass with clings for the different holidays.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the quality of the refrigerator is top notch for a family of 5 plenty of room for all groceries bought that I do once a month. freezer is great just wish it had some sort of divider to keep meats grouped up. As of now you pile it in and go fish for what you need lol if that's my biggest complaint this is definitely a must have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful fridge. My wife is now looking at getting the matching wall oven and microwave. It is taking awhile to get use to not having exterior water and ice. However, we really like having a pitcher of cold water in a singe grab. I do wish that the beverage door had a latch at the top of the door. I am just over 6ft and have to bend over just a bit to get to the latch on the bottom of the door and that is not going to be good for my back. I also wish the shelving was a little more adjustable. At the end of the day we would by this line of refrigerators again, however my wife says she would get the one with the exterior FlexZon Drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little concerned going from a full-size refrigerator to a countertop depth, but I am surprised how much fits in this model. I am very happy with this model and have plenty of room and the configuration is adjustable, The door-in-door is a great feature that we use all the time. The quick access compartment. I also love the two types of ice, it really great to have options. keeps us from opening the full door. The stainless on this model is better as it shows very few fingerprints if any at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous refrigerator was a counter depth refrigerator/side by side. It was okay but did not fulfill our needs. We bought this one and I LOVE it!!! The capacity that it can hold is enormous! I really enjoy the autofill water picture feature as well as the regular ice and party ice. The bottom freezer has 3 compartments, two on the lower and one on top. we can store so much meats and miscellaneous stuff down there. the upper compartment is a gret size too. I wish we had ma this purchase a long time ago!! I have the smartThings app and it lets me know if anyone accidentally leaves the door open. i highly recommend this refrigerator!

We had had this refrigerator for a year now. It is totally wonderful. The ice making is plentiful and love the two different size cubes. The space is excellent. There are just two things that would make this the ultimate perfect refrigerator. 1. The interior upper shelf could use a touch of adjustability. Even though we love the drop-back shelf, the upper has no adjustment. If it had even just one additional level to put it on the would be fantastic. 2. I would love to see this in a one single door instead of the French doors. If anyone has ever had a full 36" single door, they know how much better it is and why. The doors on the French door hold MUCH LESS than one single door, due to all the sidings and middle beam necessary on French doors. The cost of manufacturing is also higher. More plastic, more hinges, and more to break. The single door just much offers more space on the door. With any fridge the space is the most important feature. The single door just has more space. Please offer a few models again, especially this high-end model, in a single door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was wary about buying a Samsung frig with the bad reputation of their fridges but haven't had any issues. I love it. Keeps food very cold, lots of storage. Like that it has 4 drawers. Freezer is spacious. Only complaint is that guests often don't close the left door all the way and it doesn't trigger the alarm. It needs a little extra push which is not an issue once you know that.

I bought my 36" Bespoke 3 Door French Door Refrigerator with Beverage Center™(RF30BB6600QLAA) last month. It is a amazing refrigerator with amazing features. I would specifically say about the Beverage Center. Its really cool. Its not visible from the outside of the refrigerator which gives more privacy specially during when guests are at home. Capacity, Configuration, Shelving and Temperature are perfect. Lot of spaces. Changing of the Water filler is so easy. I am so happy this this product.

We noticed very early after receiving the refrigerator that food was not keeping as it should. We saw from other reviews that temperature maintenance was an issue with some Samsung models. We purchased a digital thermometer that would record high, low, and current temp and placed it in the back of the refrigerator. We learned temperatures varied widely, rarely, if ever, getting to the refrigerator setting (see attached photo). We worked around this by keeping very perishable items in our old 12 year old Samsung we moved to our garage. Recently we opened the freezer to see one of the ice makers was leaving a sheet of ice, rather than cubes. Unfortunately, because the unit was installed in June of 2024 and it is now October of 2025, and the manufacturer warranty is only one year, we are faced with the cost of diagnosis, repair (if possible), or purchasing a new unit. I am disappointed that such a costly product does not function as it should and needs service or replacement within such a short amount of time. I do not recommend this product.
