I like the beverage center and the clean look. It works fine for all other types of foods, but the crisper drawer for vegetables is useless. In this fridge greens rot twice as fast as out 20 year-old GE refrigerator. Why? The "Crisper+" and "Crisper" drawers have no way to adjust or allow for higher humidity. They're just drawers with some space on top; they have no airflow or humidity control like your old fridge. I'm having major buyer's remorse. (I found this after I bought it) if you search for "Vegetables going bad sooner in new Samsung refrigerator", you can find a full forum of people with the same problem. Samsung cut major corners. It's not worth the price. Don't do it!

The beverage section is hidden, yet such a clean and easy to use area. The ice box in the freezer makes 2 different ice sizes, and it comes with a little scooper. Hands down, we are definitely satisfied!

The medication I have has to be stored at 34 degrees and Iam satisfied that this will keep it at the proper temperature. The freezer section has two different shaped ice and is easy to access. The water pitcher keeps the water perfect. This is a great refrigerator. With all the useful shelves. I am very happy with my purchase.

This Samsung Bespoke has all the features we want plus a few we haven't thougth of. The beverage center with the pitcher is a great idea, especially since it filles itself! The pitcher is a game changer in a busy house full of teenagers and their friends. Whether athletes filling their sport thermoses, tabletop lunches or my never ending cool crisp lemon or cucumber water, the pitcher I thought would be a novelty quickly became a necessary fixture in our daily lives. It has changed the way we consume water from grabbing a plastic bottle to filling our glass or stainless water bottles. The fridge offers great organization throughout, shelves, door bins and freezer, all with easy access save one lower drawer which requires both fridge doors to be open while in use, the other three do not. The ice option was another feature I didn’t think much of until I had it bc ice is ice, until it’s not. You will be surprised. It is a quiet running fridge, including water and ice fill. And the glass panels are gorgeous and so easy to keep clean. This is a great appliance. Bonus was the ease of ordering, constant communication and the most professional delivery I have ever experienced. Top notch from Samsung.
