Some times the water stops refilling the jar , the sensor above the jar needs cleaning and starts working right away. Everything else is great. Lots of space, love the ice maker. It almost was to big to get to my kitchen, the installers had to lift it above the counter tops.

I love the size, as it has drawers and shelves for everything! The ice maker and water filter are also game changers for me. Highly recommend it.

The two types of ice is pretty awesome, Freezer is organized is more than adequate with space and being a bottom freezer makes it more accessible. The temperature remains steady. Everything has a place and the LED lights inside really work good without blinding you looking forward to many years of use.

The freezer is much larger than I expected and love the two-type ice maker! GREAT REFRIGERATOR and very happy with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for over a year and I love it. It is the perfect size for our needs and the ice maker and water are inside the refrigerator, leaving the outside front clear of anything. You get two types of ice cubes and a pitcher inside also for plain water or to add fruit or whatever to flavor your water. My only negatives are that the front is not magnetic, only the sides (which are very little areas in our case because cabinets are on both sides). The other negative is that my family cannot seem to grasp the notion that the handles do not show in order to make the front a smooth look, so instead of using the handles they open it by grasping the glass, leaving finger prints all over it. This is a smart appliance so you can control it from a cell phone, though I do not really think it is necessary, it could be handy occasionally. All in all, I would definitely buy the same one again, though I would have rather had a different color than white. Our need was critical and a color was not readily available, but you can buy a different panel for a price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the esthetics - customized outs with Panels we can rotate to both match our kitchen design and also change things up intermittently. the beverage station and control functions are really easy to use and nice touches. The two ice cube sizes come in handy. Some issues persist though. The drawers don't match the doors in width so you have to open both doors to open some of the lower bins. They don't track well at all times either. There is not a lot of space for taller items. Finally the doors don't close by themselves - the first fridge I've ever had where the doors swing shut but don't fully close. There is an alarm built in which helps, but expect to hear it a lot. Overall would still recommend, but some tweaking would make the fridge a stronger buy.

I am a huge fan of the two sizes of ice and the automatic water pitcher and water dispenser. I also like the connection to Samsung's smart things because it warns me when the door is left open. This came with the home we purchased along with the other major appliances. I may have opted for the exterior drawer model instead of this model because we have frequent little ones that visit which would be perfect for cold snacks. Eg yogurt, cuties, and other small fruit, string cheese.

I didn't want to rush and did my research to find the one that fits my situation. I'm a single guy who needs a decent size refrigerator with a reasonable price. My work offers a discount program and utilizing my first responder discount even get me a very compeieitive price on this item and really liked it overall, especiialy the Beverage Center that provide a built-in pitcher. 2 size Ice making is also very useful and sizable.

But this new bespoke model absolutely blows the previous model out of the water. The beverage center is very useful especially for my kids. It also results in a sleek and modern design that compliments my kitchen very nicely. The fridge is very spacious and fits everything I need for my family of four. The freezer is adequate as well but space can be a bit tight due to the ice drawer. Overall I am very happy and definitely would recommend.
