We purchased this counter depth fridge to replace a standard depth unit in the kitchen but have found the Samsung Bespoke is actually easier to use and holds just as much. The finger print resistant surface is easy to clean and looks great.

The pitcher in the door is always full. I also love the two kinds of ice. So much room for storage. This is a well thought out machine. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge! Got it about 3 weeks ago, it came in with faulty door hinges, Samsung came out to order new hinges and fix it. Tons of space, ONLY issue I have is the drawer on the ice tray cover does not close and open easily. Other than that we love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge it works good and has lots space. Only issue is the water pitcher if it has water in it for awhile it draws flavors from thing in fridge. It could be more sealed. Other than that so far it works amazingly.

Main observation would be the hinge for the beverage center makes the fridge look like it had a manufacturing defect, because the center door has a lowered black trim that looks odd when you see it head on. That's just a fashion over function observation. Good size, tons of room in both fridge and freezer, no issues after install 30 days in. Very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago and it is a great fridge. Many nice features, like 2 sizes of ice cubes, auto fill pitcher and water dispenser inside a door. Had to remove a shelf to get more space for tall containers. This is the only problem.

Some times the water stops refilling the jar , the sensor above the jar needs cleaning and starts working right away. Everything else is great. Lots of space, love the ice maker. It almost was to big to get to my kitchen, the installers had to lift it above the counter tops.

It’s just at an awkward height so I have to slightly bend down to reach the bottom hand hold or reach way up top. This wouldn’t be a problem if I got the extra drawer.
