[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had his refrigerator for a month. We first saw the Bespoke at a house we rented for July 4th. Our friends were like we are going home and buying one. We had issues with our previous fridge from the day we installed it. The tech told us that we purchased the first year and there are a bunch of problems. We are so excited to have the Bespoke. Our previous fridge had the drawer which we really liked. I created another zone for the compression which could have contributed to some of our issues. Our kids are becoming teenagers so I don't know we need the drawer as much, so we got the 3 door. We all love the beverage center. The one thing we do not like is the bottom drawers are wider then the doors so we have to open both doors to open the drawer. BTW - our friends did purchase one after we got ours.

The only con I've found with it is the lower right drawer in the fridge section has to have both doors open in order to slide out. All other drawers only need one door open. I feel like some engineer somewhere took a nap at the wrong time.

Great product and great installation team. I had a quite narrow opening and they made it without a scratch. The fridge itself is very spacious. The special feature I like is how it is ergonomic, the bottom freezer allows the fridge to be much more accessible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge- mostly because for a family of three it is large enough to accommodate our needs. I am a huge fan of the two sizes of ice and the automatic water pitcher and water dispenser. I also like the connection to Samsung's smart things because it warns me when the door is left open. This came with the home we purchased along with the other major appliances. I may have opted for the exterior drawer model instead of this model because we have frequent little ones that visit which would be perfect for cold snacks. Eg yogurt, cuties, and other small fruit, string cheese.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how much room it has! We had the unit for a few months and the compressor had to be replaced. The only two issues that I wished were better was the beverage center door does not have an alarm if it gets left open (and it gets left open a LOT), and the middle section on the left hand door hardly ever catches to close and the center line is left open causing condensation inside the fridge. I also have not been able to level it to a point that both doors can stay open. I asked the technician when he was replacing the compressor and he said it's nearly impossible. Other than that, no real issues. It looks nice, it's nice inside and the beverage center is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the esthetics - customized outs with Panels we can rotate to both match our kitchen design and also change things up intermittently. the beverage station and control functions are really easy to use and nice touches. The two ice cube sizes come in handy. Some issues persist though. The drawers don't match the doors in width so you have to open both doors to open some of the lower bins. They don't track well at all times either. There is not a lot of space for taller items. Finally the doors don't close by themselves - the first fridge I've ever had where the doors swing shut but don't fully close. There is an alarm built in which helps, but expect to hear it a lot. Overall would still recommend, but some tweaking would make the fridge a stronger buy.

Beautiful fridge, misleading measurements. With clean modern lines, we wanted to spend extra to get the counter depth refrigerator. When installed, we discovered that we could not push the fridge in to get the benefits of counter depth, but design required that we pull fridge 8-10” out from the wall to be able to open the doors. BUYER BEWARE ~ the doors require an additional 4” of width to allow the doors to open. Poor hinge design. Now I have a counter depth fridge, I paid a premium for, with less storage, sticking out as far as a standard depth fridge.

I had a bad experience with a Samsung refrigerator where the ice maker constantly froze up so I was reluctant to buy this one, but I am so pleased I did. I love all the features especially the water picture in the beverage center.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So Far So Good - honestly I love the space and the overall design of the new fridge, the only things I would change is the door opening scenario. I'm a bit afraid that the center pillar on the door will snap and that I can't access the drawers without opening both doors. I think it will take some time to get use to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Bespoke refrigerator has been a great addition to our kitchen, the two different ice ic types that it produces is pretty cool. Still getting used to the text alerts when the door is open for long. All in all glad we bought this model.
