[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About 6 weeks have passed since we purchased this, and we couldn't be happier. Ice for days, room enough for everything we could need to put in it, and as a surprise to me my favorite feature is actually the little self filling water pitcher in the beverage center door....who knew that would be the case?

This is the first Samsung home appliance that we've owned, and based on the first year of ownership, I will stay away in the future. The autofill pitcher in the beverage center started to fill only intermittently after about a year (hmmm, just out of warranty!), and now after 16 months of ownership, does not fill at all. Samsung troubleshooting is useless. This feature was one of the reasons that we purchased this model, and now the feature doesn't work at all and would require an out-of-warranty service repair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this frig over a week ago. Had to get a replacement as the water pitcher didn't fill up as it's made to do so. The second one doesn't work either. We will keep the frig as we are happy with it overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the fridge for almost 1 month. I do love the glass panels to write notes on & I love the beverage center! You never know how much you are going to love something until you have it. With our old fridge, the icemaker did not work, so I had to fill a gallon jug each day for the countertop ice maker. Now when I have to use that or fill the dog bowl - it is just so easy to pour & the pitcher fills itself. I do wish this fridge could keep up with my ice use. It cannot keep up with me, I still have to use the countertop ice maker. Also, in my opinion the top shelf seems a little flimsy. I would not put heavy items up there. Also, I wish the freezer had a convenient pull out type drawer on the freezer door, like my old fridge had. I do love how you can control the fridge from the app.

I liked the fact it was counter depth, but, due to the layout of my kitchen, if we pushed it to the wall, the doors did not open properly, because the cabinets were in the way. That would actually the only negative. Positives: I did not particularly want the “beverage center”, but, it has become my favorite part. Easy to fill coffee pot, dog’s water dish and large water bottles. I also like the no handles. Took me a bit to get used to, but, now, second nature. Last, but not least, I like the two different ice sizes.

I need to change the water filter in the refrigerator, and the manual states that I must shut off the water supply first. Unfortunately, the water valve is located behind the refrigerator, which presents a challenge since it’s full of food. Should I really have to pull the refrigerator out? Alternatively, I could shut off the water for the entire house, which seems excessive. It raises the question of what the engineers at Samsung were considering when designing this system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this at the end of December. I have been so happy and in love with it! The ice maker can take some time to make the ice but that's because it's making two different kinds of ice. I love how I can control my refrigerator and freezer from my phone. Having a water pitcher is amazing! I don't even need to have a brita filter in my refrigerator anymore because the pitcher and the water going through the refrigerator is filtered. The pitcher is a smart pitcher and fills back up automatically no matter if you empty it or not it knows when to stop. I could go on and on about this product but I will stop here and just say I'm over the moon about my new refrigerator and I'm not looking back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with our new fridge, no more stainless steel finger prints all over the front and sides, and it makes 2 different sizes of ice. We also purchased the Bespoke gas range, dishwasher and microwave oven. Can't say enough good things about them.
