Cooling system is great , ice maker works well , love the double ice tray . Beverage center is amazing as well . So far no issues ! I gave it 4 stars because I really wish the shelves had more space .

My kids and wife love the beverage center. Cools much more than our previous refrigerator. Also enjoy how you can control fridge through SmartThings app. Delivery was made within 2 days of purchase and very professional. Thanks Samsung.

We absolutely love all the features it has. The ice making is amazing and keeps up with our daily needs. The beverage center is easy to use, and we no longer have ice cubes dropping all over the floor. Can’t wait to order our custom panels!

The only thing I dislike is the popping noise it sometimes makes and I wish I could turn off one of the ice makers. I truly like how you can switch out the front panels to change colors to match your kitchen. It has storage for everything.

Some times the water stops refilling the jar , the sensor above the jar needs cleaning and starts working right away. Everything else is great. Lots of space, love the ice maker. It almost was to big to get to my kitchen, the installers had to lift it above the counter tops.

Everyone loves the availability of cold water either from the dispensor or built in pitcher as well as TWO different sizes of ice available at all times!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this fridge about 3- weeks ago it is a really nice looking fridge little smaller than the Samsung we had before because this one is counter depth we was definitely not goin to get another Samsung fridge because the last one had so much issue with the ice maker very poor design the new fridge ice maker is a 100% better than the last ones definitely Samsung is a good looking fridge but if they kept the old ice maker system we would never bought a Samsung again
