I like how everything is now eye level and conveniently spaced. Unlike the old side by side. Highly recommend this fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a large refrigerator with lots of space for frozen and fresh foods. The water carafe is so handy and useful. Two sizes of ice cubes works for different family members. Would really like more split shelves to accommodate large items.. shelves. Split shelves need additional support on cabinet walls to stay level. Very quiet operation and good lighting to see everything. Panel options are great but process for getting them is slower than I would expect to be first class service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] looks great and the pitcher is my favorite part. Ice maker is nice but seems to be low on ice all the time. Outside is a nice slick look. I am not pleased that the shelf's do not have more options to move in the fridge for better storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Samsung refrigerator last month because it had merit for the price. I was surprised the functionality is also very good. Moreover, the water and ice dispenser of a typical refrigerator are exposed to the outside and is not hygienic, but this Samsung refrigerator is very hygienic because they are located on the inside. When I lived in Florida, I used a different company's product, and it was unsanitary because the water and ice cube dispensers were exposed and fruit flies gathered there and mold grew in hot weather. Also, if you need a large amount of water, there is a water pitcher in the beverage center instead of using a dispenser, so you don't have to leave the refrigerator door open for a long time. Additionally, this refrigerator has Wi-Fi connectivity and an energy-saving design. I think Samsung's refrigerator, TV, and cell phone technology is the best in the world. I very strongly recommend this refrigerator. I love Samsung!!

The beverage center is wonderful and love that I can get water and put a few things in there so I don't have to open the whole fridge for them. And love the two types of ice and the ice scooper. Really convenient. It's a very attractive refrigerator. Definitely not fingerprint proof though. But easy to wipe them off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for fridge for about 4 months. Love it! Only would add 1 thing: wish the water access door had a more convenient latch. Controls/App is terrific. Most loved is the dual ice maker. 2nd would be the self filling water pitcher. Beautiful counter depth look with no ugly handles. Easy to wipe clean. Has lots of small nook storage that we thought was weird as we discovered a few after having the fridge for a few weeks. Still the nooks are actually very handy.

The built in water pitcher with infuser is the best and the two different sizes of ice is off the chain. I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice fridge, however, when you spend 2 grand on an appliance, you'd expect everything to work. Once we started using the fridge, we discovered that the hinged flapper seal that creates the seal between the two doors was not engaging in the top guide track, thus leaving an air gap/leak between the doors. I had to shim the guide down far enough for the flapper seal to engage. Minus 1 star for quality control.

Have had this refrigerator for about a month and so happy with this purchase. Glass panels are so easy to keep clean unlike stainless which always showed smudges. Very spacious interior with more than ample space in refrigerator and in freezer. We are seniors in our 70’s and have owned a lot of appliances. This Samsung is definitely a winner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 31cubic feet is plenty of space and love the french doors as well as the pull out freezer. The drink station with a fruit infuser is quite the nice touch and you may never look at water the same again. I would buy this again today and the Samsung app is a nice addon as well to see fridge temps as well as if the doors are left open. I upgraded to this one when the whirlpool I had for 16 years finally bit the dust and capacity and features are no comparison, I just hope we get 16+ years out of this one.
