the product is awesome! much different with no handles, but the overall sleek look is nice. the automatic water dispensing pitcher is a luxury you wouldnt think about initially but its very handy. the dual ice maker is great. i like the option. the ice bites are great if you like to eat ice. overall, very newt product. we are very satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our new refrigerator. The feature I like the most is the automatic refillable pitcher and the water inside the door. Nice sleek front. I do have one improvement that Samsung could make that would make it even better. When you open the front of the left door to get to the pitcher or water feature, that small door ALWAYS tries to close on you. If there was a way to create a stop on the door that gives when you want to close it, this refrigerator would be perfect.

I would give this refrigerator a five star review if it wasn't for the autofill pitcher. When it works it is great. However, the pitcher does not always refill and you have to wiggle the pitcher to get it to operate properly. Great concept. Not a well thought out design. Concerned this will become a warranty nightmare in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The beverage center gets a lot of use. It is a great idea to have that as we all get drinks from the fridge more than anything else. The ice in th freezer does take up a bit more space that I would like, but its nice to have the 2 different size cubes. The fridge has a lof o space but not being able to configure the shelves is a downfall. I would rather be able to move them around based on what I have in there but the half disappearing shelf does help a little with that.

The interior is very spacious and we also enjoy the beverage center. We put cokes and other drinks in the shelves, so the grandkids don't have to open the whole refrigerator to get a drink. Overall very nice.

The french doors are very convenient and you can open either (or both) doors without worrying about closing it again. The beverage center is convenient with the auto-refilling pitcher and the 2 sizes of ice are useful

The pitcher is a game changer in a busy house full of teenagers and their friends. Whether athletes filling their sport thermoses, tabletop lunches or my never ending cool crisp lemon or cucumber water, the pitcher I thought would be a novelty quickly became a necessary fixture in our daily lives. It has changed the way we consume water from grabbing a plastic bottle to filling our glass or stainless water bottles. The fridge offers great organization throughout, shelves, door bins and freezer, all with easy access save one lower drawer which requires both fridge doors to be open while in use, the other three do not. The ice option was another feature I didn't think much of until I had it bc ice is ice, until it's not. You will be surprised. It is a quiet running fridge, including water and ice fill. And the glass panels are gorgeous and so easy to keep clean. This is a great appliance. Bonus was the ease of ordering, constant communication and the most professional delivery I have ever experienced. Top notch from Samsung. The medication I have has to be stored at 34 degrees and Iam satisfied that this will keep it at the proper temperature. The freezer section has two different shaped ice and is easy to access. The water pitcher keeps the water perfect. This is a great refrigerator. With all the useful shelves. I am very happy with my purchase.
