[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous refrigerator was a counter depth refrigerator/side by side. It was okay but did not fulfill our needs. We bought this one and I LOVE it!!! The capacity that it can hold is enormous! I really enjoy the autofill water picture feature as well as the regular ice and party ice. The bottom freezer has 3 compartments, two on the lower and one on top. we can store so much meats and miscellaneous stuff down there. the upper compartment is a gret size too. I wish we had ma this purchase a long time ago!! I have the smartThings app and it lets me know if anyone accidentally leaves the door open. i highly recommend this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always wanted a large capacity fridge that had the bells and whistles that higher profile appliances had. Not only is 30 cu ft is very large but it has the beverage center that has a self fill pitcher and a single glass fill option, shelves dedicated to drinks that can be accessed via the 3rd door making it easier to access your drink w/o opening the entire side. The freezer does have the 2 types of ice sizes for your preference. It also has a very good size freezer drawers. All in all a very well made appliance and have been very happy overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shelving positions are not well thought out. Several more adjustment positions would earn a 5 star ration. Freezer compartment is very good and per-determined temps are excellent. Very happy with purchase overall.

This review is for counter depth with beverage center. This is a failed design. Samsung fails to acknowledge this is a failure on their part. The fridge is functional to be counter depth. The design of the doors make it hit counters damaging fridge and counters. The only way this will not fit is to move it 4-6 inches from wall to keep from hitting. This makes it pointless as a counter depth. I paid extra for the counter depth and it must stick out as much as standard depth to clear counter. I put a 2x4 behind fridge to keep it off all enough to clear counters. I'm a loyal samsung customer (tvs, dvd players, phones, computers, appliances, pretty much everything samsung) and this purchase makes me want to leave samsung permanently. This is a FALSE ADVERTISED REFRIGERATOR. If you want this design DO NOT GET COUNTER DEPTH. Samsung does not care about their customers satisfaction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Refrigerator is great so far and have no issues so far in last 13 months. It is equipped with AI features and can be operated with the Smart App as well like temperature, ice mahjong etc. It does make beep sound if opens continue for few minutes. The compartments could have been little better with more spacious as some of them like in the door are not much useful due to its configuration. Overall great with enough capacity including freezer.

I wish I had looked at the drawer arrangement before I purchased this fridge. You have to open both doors to access any drawers which is a huge pain. I would return this if I could to buy the model with the extra drawer.

I've been calling to samsung so they can come and fix my refrigerator my eyes maker stop working making a lot of thick ice all over the Ice maker stopped working about having it.Six months i've been calling samsung about this issue.All they gotta say is take everything out.Reset the button.Don't open the bottom.Door for twenty four hours and it will make ice, will days pass nothing get so I called Samsung like 5 times so they can come and check the. Refrigerator before my warranty expires. But they said my warranty expired at the end of this month. I believe and then make an appointment, but I don't know how much it's gonna cost. So no I do not recommend this product. It's pretty in everything, but it's not worth it. And it cost a lot for some major issues to happen. When you purchase and have it for 6 months. I wish I could return it back but I can't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving the white glass look of this fridge. The beverage center is very convenient and plenty of space inside. The only downside is you have to open both doors to open the bottom right drawer inside the fridge, the drawer length is longer than the opening of the right door.

Great product for the price. Extremely happy with my purchase. Definitely would recommend.
