Not only is it functional, runs perfectly (except for a little issue with the pitcher not filling completely on occasion), it’s beautiful!!! I’m having so much fun ordering different color panels. I ordered it in stainless, bough the blue panels which is current on there and just recently received the orange one!! They are so easy to change and store in their boxes nicely anywhere. So excited to be able to change it up. The two sizes of ice is tenuous and we were provided with a scooper!! I’m so glad I don’t have water and ice on my door anymore. This us much more functional. The inside is plenty big enough fir a counter depth and you can actually see what’s in it. I can’t tell you how many items got buried at the back if my last full sized French door. I will always spout that this us the best fridge on the market today!!! Can’t wait to order my new Samsung Cooktop freestanding range!!! Thank you Samsung for making this beautiful appliance!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my Samsung Bespoke 3-Door French Door Refrigerator. The customizable door panels allow me to change the color and style of my fridge whenever I want, to match my mood or decor, however, i have kept it stock for the time being as the white glass is nice and neutral. The fridge has a spacious interior, with plenty of room for all my groceries and leftovers. The Beverage Center is truly my favorite feature and is a game-changer, as it features both a water dispenser and an AutoFill Water Pitcher that automatically refills with filtered water. We like to put lemons into the infuser! We hope this Samsung fridge will last a long time as the ice maker is in the freezer compartment, and not in the doors of the refrigerator as is common in many of the old samsung products that have had issues in the past.

One standout feature is Samsung's decision to relocate the ice machine from the door or inside the refrigerator to the freezer compartment, a move that not only optimizes storage space within the refrigerator but also enhances its reliability. After using it for a month and a half, I'm pleased to report that I haven't encountered any significant issues apart from a minor misalignment of the doors, which is a negligible inconvenience. Admittedly, in the realm of modern appliances, concerns about long-term reliability can arise due to factors like build quality and a lack of quality control. However, my optimism about this refrigerator's durability remains intact, especially considering the recommendations for this unit from a few maintenance technicians.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Bespoke refrigerator was installed mid December. We absolutely love it. So much space, so much convenience, love having fresh cold filtered water available 24/7. The crisper keeps veggies freash for 3 or more weeks! I only have one suggestion, it would be nice to have a pull bar at the very top of the refrigerator for the beverage center. We are very tall so bending over to open it is a bit inconvenient.

The fridge looks amazing in our kitchen and is so spacious. The double ice maker is really nice. Not having anything in the front of the fridge looks so nice and modern. Keeping mysbhusbnad’s dirty fingerprints off the front has been a bit of a challenge. He’s still getting used to having no handles. I can’t speak for its longevity but we are really liking it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased for my kitchen remodel. I wanted a smaller fridge to match the counter depth. I was concerned that it would be too small but it's not. It lines up nicely in my small kitchen and it actually has plenty of space. I don't love the shelving in the fridge or maybe it has more drawers than I am used too. The freezer looked small too but it hold everything just fine. Of course, the beverage center is the crown Jewel. The self filling pitcher is great. It's the main attraction.

We bought this refrigerator and fell in love with the features. We love the idea of changing colors. Glass is much easier to keep clean than stainless!! However one of my shelves the white decorative design is coming off. Well customer service just can’t figure out what shelf to send me… I’ve had 2 wrong ones sent after numerous phone calls. I’m at my wits end. Bottom line product is good but if you need to deal with customer DON’T!!! Deal with the problem or buy something else.

It's very spacious, and I love the auto-fill pitcher and the water inside the door. I wasn't sure about the ice when we first brought it home, but I love the two cubes of different sizes. And the amount of ice it makes is excellent. I can't say enough good things about our new fridge.

We don’t put things in the “infusion” basket but it’s so convenient! The only annoying part is the drawers not being able to be opened without having both doors open on the bottom.
