Just found thick film in water jug!

Can someone explain why there is film inside water jug and tiny black area looks like mold?

Far from fingerprint proof free.

The stainless steel fingerprint proof is just not true. It shows every fingerprint and always looks dirty. I feel misled by Samsung.

Reconnect the power cord. Note: • Avoid cleaning the refrigerator with Clorox, benzene, thinner, or household or automotive detergent.
