It is nice that each pound is separate. The meat tastes delicious no matter how it’s prepared and tastes cleaner than other beef likely because of it being organic grass fed beef.

Glad that Sams Club is carrying grass fed beef again. It's definitely tasty but I wish it was a little more lean, like 90%. So far everything I've made with it has come out great.

This is excellent ground beef at a great price. But our most recent batch was weirdly watery. I hope this doesn't happen again; made it hard to grill burgers properly and I don't need to pay for a lot of water when I buy meat.

I have purchased different brands of organic meat but will never purchase this brand again. When cooked, it's very greasy and the taste is not great. I was very disappointed.

I have been buying this ground beef for the past four years. Great quality and tastes great. Most places charge much ore for organic ground beef so this is a bargain. I have also noticed that they haven't raised the price.

This ground beef is about the best I’ve had. Bought it because it looked better than the non-organic 90/10. When cooking for pasta sauce there was virtually no fat, fad to add olive oil for the veggies. The sauces turned out great

I don't care for the mealy texture, or the lack of flavor. Somethings off . . . My meatloaf fell apart and tasted off. It kinda worked in spagetti sauce, it's mushy.

If this is priced at $4.98 per lb. Why is it $18 for 3 lbs?

I like the fact that the meat is individually sealed and portioned by the pound and has a perforated line between each pound for easy separation.

I saw people reviewing this that it has too much water content. I could not agree more. I am going back to what we used to get.
