Organic Grass Fed

We have purchased this a few times and been pleased with it, but not this last time, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I wanted to use it tonight to make dinner, but got an unpleasant surprise when I got home: all the packs were frozen in the middle. I already had things cooking, so I had to quickly defrost in the microwave, which I hate doing. Sams: don't put them out if they're still frozen please.

For being organic grass fed, WHY is there dye in the meat...thats a huge NO NO!! If I'm trying to eat healthy, Why would I want to consume red dye!!??? Stop the dye please!!!! I've also had to pick out several vein chunks... other that those 2 problems, the flavor is good and fat content is great.

Weird texture

I have bought many packages of this product and find it not to be as satisfactory as the product that you carried before. I have purchased numerous packages of this item and find it to be less satisfactory than the previous product you offered. I will not purchase this again

Wrong price was charged! I ordered delivery and the price was almost $17 when I ordered it. When the day of delivery the ground beef came out to $76. I no longer wanted it and want to make a return but was only refunded $5 and some cents. Please get it together! How can ground beef costs $76?!!!

I cook for like 20 minutes in pot with lid on, still half is still red? Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it because the meat is so lean? Some of the red just won't turn to brown, even while directly on bottom of pan? Is it just too much red dye? I would like to know as I don't want to consume undercooked meat, but at the same time it is of cooked temperature. Just not sure as I have never experienced this with any ground meat.

I have been purchasing this ground beef for quite a while. This past purchase was not as good as in the past. I am not sure what happened but it was mushy and full of water. They definitely added something to this ground beef and that is not acceptable.

Great quality of meat in great price. I won’t buy my Ground Beef from anywhere else anymore.
