These treats have changed. Dramatically, they are no longer soft.They are hard and my dogs don't like them anymore.Why did you change them

I LIKE THE REAL CHICKEN BREAST YOU HAD FIRST. THESE SEEM TO BE PROCESSED MEAT. EASIER TO CHEW BUT NOT AS GOOD.
