DynaTrap ½ Acre Mosquito and Insect Trap - Twist On/Off with 2 Replacement Bulbs

If your goal is to catch small moths, this is perfect.  If your goal is to catch mosquitos...not so much. I would not recommend as a solution for mosquitos. Apparently this is great if you have chickens and need to catch insects to feed them, but my dogs are not impressed.

Catches everything except mosquitos

We bought a 1 acre unit going on 3 years and still working fine.only thing we have to do is,whipe down,replace bulb when needed and put away till the next season.works so we'll we bought the 1/2 acre unit. This unit has saved our Young fruit trees from getting eaten up.

It works !

Was very excited to get this my patio has soooo many flies. Was disappointed to learn it needed to be plugged in has a short cord as well (my bad I thought it was battery operated) will need to return no where to plug it on the patio.

I have been using DynaTrap for years and this 

really works great. Have not had any mosquitos at all! Highly recommend.

Works great

I have had this product for about two weeks now. I decided to use it to keep mosquitoes out of my RV. I’m kinda disappointed. It has actually attracted more mosquitoes and now flies. I tried moving further and even closer and no luck. It does attract more mosquitoes to the area than before.

Mosquito attraction

Received the DynaTrap 1/2 acre Mosquito and insect trap awhile back, but the weather has been so rainy, I had not had an opportunity or reason to put it up because of the rain. Took it out of the package today and the trap was fully assembled with bulb installed. It also came with two extra bulbs, so that was a big plus. I was also very impressed with the construction of the trap. Very well made and attactive. The instruction manual include with the trap was very easy to understand and follow. I hung the trap up on my front porch and plugged it in. It started working as soon as I plugged it in. My granddaughter and some of her friends were playing on the porch and after a few minutes they nocticed that the trap was killing insects. After it got dark, I went out on the porch and sat for about 30 minutes to see if the trap was doing the job. I did not notice, feel or hear any mosquitoes the whole time I was on the porch, so I can say the trap was doing its job. Very well please and impressewd with the product.
