This Dynatrap is a great addition to my outdoor space. I live in a wooded area and this definitely helps keep those pests away. It is light weight and easily portable. It would be great for the camper too! It covers a large area for a small device. It even comes with extra bulbs. It does have a cord to be plugged in with it had batteries but probably wouldn’t be as powerful. Overall good product

I’m throughly impressed by this! First off, it looks great! It’s something I can easily set out on the porch and it totally matches other decor. Most bug zapper like things are a total eye sore, but not this one! It’s also a great size. Big enough that it won’t be lost but small enough that it’s not obnoxious in size. I love that it just plugs in, so I don’t have to worry about replacing batteries constantly. And the amount of bugs it captures is amazing!! We’ve been getting much more use out of our porch since buying this because it does such a great job!

I've just started using the Dyna Trap and appreciate the simple design, how easy it is to turn off/on by shifting the canister on top, and the overall design that will endure the beating sun followed by afternoon showers. The stability and size of the trap also allows me to set it on the ground without worrying about it tipping over. The Dyna Trap can also be hung from a pole but I chose to set it on a stepping stone next to the house. The biggest downside is how short the cord is (and the fact it has to be plugged in) which limits the location where I can use it. However, I've found a good location close to the house, but out of the way, and given the range of 1/2 acre, I'm hopeful this will take care of both mosquitos and the even more annoying yellow flies that come out at dusk.

This DynaTrap covers 1/2 acre. That’s perfect for the front and side of my house. This one says it’s for mosquitoes and other insects. I have the one that covers one acre in the back and it catches loads of moths, but not as many mosquitoes. This one seems to really attract mosquitoes, for which I am grateful. The price is extremely reasonable. It’s a lot less than if you bought it directly from the company, plus it comes with two replacement bulbs. I wonder how often the bulbs will need replacing… I like the size and shape of this one and it seems pretty quiet compared to the larger one. I do wish it had a longer cord. Considering how far it’s meant to be from the house, you’d think it would come with a long enough cord to accommodate that.

Received the Dynatrap a little over a week ago. Wanted to see how it performed before I reviewed it. My biggest problem with it is you have to place it near an electrical outlet. Since I don’t feel comfortable using an extension cord it needs to be placed near our home which is were we are when outside so it doesn’t really work for us. The unit itself does help with the mosquitos but definitely want a unit that does not plug into an outlet.

i recieved the dyna trap last week and decided to put it to the test this weekend. The product was easy to assemble , and the cord was plenty long enough to place it away from the people seated but still in the vicinity to do it job in warding off unwanted picnic pests.Our event was at dusk which is usually a bad time for bugs and misquito's , but not ONE person complained of any such issue.i was eager to see its range after reading the box claims , It did not extend as far as claimed , but i was VERY PLEASED with the job it did withing the oversize gazebo we hung it in.This is a product i plan to purchase as a gift for my son-in law and daughter to use at thier home.

I keep my machine on my patio and it is amazing!! I think the best part about it is that it sucks in the bugs as they are drawn to it. I just recommended it to many family and friends!! When our ankles seem to be getting bit.. I placed it under the table we were sitting at and WALLA!!… no more mosquitoes!!! Beyond happy!!!

We got this with high hopes that it would be more effective and efficient than the old school bug zappers. It did ok in comparison. Still killed bugs but not as many as we hoped. I do like the canister feature. It is nice that the light also comes with 2 replacement bulbs.

I love this product! It is quiet and no zapping bugs. It sucks in the bugs in the basket. Amazing that it came with two extra bulbs for a total of the bulbs. Just hang at suggested height and plug in. I will get ordering more. The basket collected moths and mosquitoes quickly. Would not be without one.

Excited to get the Dyno trap. Got it. Mounted it apprx 40ft from patio. Approx 2 weeks in, very noticable difference with mosquitos. The ultra violet bulb and fan works seamlessly. Love that I can leave it out in a rain storm. It will only get better. With extra bulbs, it a definite must have. Already saving money on bug spray. It is only a bad buy, if you don't buy it.
