[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is stylish with the glass doors and the flexibility of changing the glass panels with different colors to match youur decor. I like the ice maker as it has two sides in the tray that the ice maker produces small and large cubes and plenty of it. The water dispenser is a carafe that is always filled. I prefer this over having to press a button to dispense the water into a jug, standing and waiting for it to fill.

It's roomy enough for our needs and the two types of ice is an added bonus I didn't think I needed, but now know better. My only complaint is the water pitcher. The pitcher will not refill if there is condensate on it. It is a safety feature in case of leaks which is understandable. It may be fine in less humid climates, but I live in Southeast Texas, where as soon as you take it out in the summer, it starts sweating immediately. Most times I can just dry it off, but there are times when that isn't enough and I have to leave the pitcher out to air dry on it's own, which is a big inconvenience sometimes. Overall though, I'm happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with the refrigerator, although I cannot use the ice maker. My kitchen is not plumbed for a refrigerator. I like the fact that it is not deep, so I can see everything on the shelves. The only thing I am not happy with is the fixed shelving and door compartments. There is no way to change their spacing. Other than that, I like the refrigerator. It keeps everything nice and cold.

I purchase this refrigerator 3weeks ago. It worked well for 1 week. Then the ice maker went out and then the freezer. They sent a repair company out quickly , who doesn’t give time frames so you wait all day, who said they needed to order a fan. The part came in a few days later and the tech came out to install it. Once he started to take the back of the fridge pet to install the new pet he noticed an oil leak. He says there was oil in the lines and he tried to flush them but likely we would need a replacement. He said give it 12-24 hours and if the freezer isn’t freezing call Samsung. Called Samsung after 15 hours because the refrigerator is now have temperature fluctuations and the water dispenser isn’t working and the freezer still isn’t cooling. We were better off before the tech tried to repair it. When I called Samsung I was given inaccurate info by the rep and when I called back for an update I was told it would be up to 72 hours as it is a Saturday before any decisions can be made. I have already thrown food out due to the freezer issue but now my fridge is having temperature fluctuations and I am afraid all my food may go to waste, all because a tech tried to repair an issue he knew wasn’t repairable and Samsung just says sorry this is our policy. We will reimburse you so much for thrown out food. Guarantee it won’t be as much as I have spent and had to throw out. This is so frustrating and ridiculous as we haven’t had this product more than a month.

Overall this appliance has been perfect for our family of four. I did have to buy additional items to keep things organized but other than that it has been great. The water pitcher comes in handy. I don't like the stainless steel because of the finger prints. I was told that this stainless steel would be print free haha we have a kid who eats ice all day and she plays sports so having the choice for different ice has also worked out for us. We were unaware of the different "packages" on this refrigerator so just bought the one with the pitcher. I don't regret it. We subscribe to the filter but they are easily accessible. It's very convenient. I love the WiFi option. I always know when our youngest leaves the door open. We are just over a year in with it and I have no complaints.

Absolutely love this refrigerator. Installed Feb. '23. The look is sleek and is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. The interior is very nice and spacious - more room than what you'd think for this size. Water pitcher is a nice addition. Can not hear it running, it's so quiet. Only noise is barely audible when the pitcher fills and when ice drops. Love the 2 options for ice. So far, so good! Happy I purchased this...now I need to upgrade cabinets!

The water pitcher is so much more convenient than a water dispenser on the outside of the fridge. Also really like the ice maker in the freezer instead of the door. My relatives came to visit and when their fridge went out in August, they wound up purchasing the same refrigerator because they thought the features were so convenient. Also the storage in the refrigerator is massive, was able to fit a whole turkey in there to brine along with a gallon of milk and two 2- liter bottes of soda and we still had space.

The shelves are not good because there are two of them the top shelf has to stay in place you can not adjust up or down. The second shelf can only move one time. You can only slide the right shelf in so you can have space for a taller objects. The draw are excellent. They are huge. You can fit a lot of fruit or vegetables. I have 4 compartment excellent size. Also side door shelves are excellent you can fit lots of items. I love that the water pitcher is inside of the fridge. Meaning if u have little kids no spillage. It hold 40oz the pitcher. The ice is located at bottom. It makes two ice sizes with it own serving spoon to pick up ice. The bottom draw has one sliding self. Excellent size I can store 5 box of frozen pizza stand up. Overall I love my fridge. The Only issue is that the back panel came broken I was not aware. The supporting screw is broken from the frame of the fridge during production. It a mandating defect. I kept noticing my shelves did not stay in place it kept popping out. Then I notice there was water at the bottom compartment. I notify Samsung customer service. They were quick to resolve the issue. They made me an appointment with a service technician with a reputable company. Hopefully the issue will be resolve soon. I would definitely buy this refrigerator again.
