[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice fridge but there is a problem with the left hand door flap. This flap folds in when door is openned but extends when door closes to properly seal the two doors. This flap is controlled mechanically by a tab on the top of the flap but it is too short that it will not connect if the door is closed a little too fast. If door is closed slowly, the flap will extend 95% of the time. If it does not extend, the fridge will not seal properly. Does not seem to have any way of adjusting the height of the tab to ensure a better connection.

The crisper drawer has helped maintain freshness with our vegetables that aren’t going bad within days. It’s quiet and the lighting helps see everything. The ice trays are handy, and we love it came with its own scooper in its own little home. We got the white glass panels, and use it to write messages the family needs to see in dry erase marker.

There are many features I really like on this model, my favorite being the autofill water pitcher. We also like the ice maker setup with two types of ice and the scoop, especially now that summer is here. The filter is conveniently located and easy to change. The only drawback and it was a minor one was getting used to no handles on the doors.

The auto fill pitcher is definitely a MAJOR perk. I’m also impressed with its two different sizes of ice it makes. I am so happy we had stopped in to look at fridges in person because this one took my breath away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this house a few months ago. The white color is quite simple to maintain and keeps a clean appearance, as it does not show fingerprints. I am grateful for this refrigerator, as it has kept all of my vegetables fresh for over a month.

So excited to buy this refrigerator and I was planning to also purchase a new Samsung stove UNTIL a catastrophic failure within one month of ownership. I'll even forgive RXO for scratching the door. Samsung gave us a small rebate for that. But when I woke up exactly 7 days ago to a warm refrigerator and freezer it became a week long nightmare of bad customer service, living out of a cooler and throwing away spoiled food, and spending $100 in ice. Luckily my meat and fish found a home in a neighbors freezer. This was really unacceptable. How about sending a new refrigerator. But no. If it is fixable we will fix it. It happened on a Friday so they said someone will be there Tuesday. I was told Tuesday since they would have to order all parts possible for a seal system issue. On Tuesday they found the condenser was defective from the factory. But they didn't bring one. They just brought a compressor. So two more days to wait. Today it was finally fixed and hopefully it doesn't break in another month. Why would I want to ever buy another Samsung appliance if this happens? Reliability is now an issue for me. I also want to be reimbursed for all the ice and spoiled food I lost. If I can get through to someone to even complain. Do you really think it is ok to let someone not have a major appliance for 7 days? Tell me why I should trust your brand anymore? So disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about two weeks ago and love it. The size is perfect lots of room. Like the clean modern look. One of the best things is the automatic fill water pitcher water is so cold don’t need ice. Plus you get two different size ice cubes.
