Also the smartphone control via smart things app is quite nice to have. The water pitcher fills up fast with cold water, along with 2 different sizes of ice being available at the same time. I personally prefer simple and durable product for the appliances, and this fidge perfectly meets my needs. But if you prefer more tech forward, consider higher range of this fridge. If you are considering this fridge, go for it. You will be satisfied for your investmemt.

Easy to see and find your items. Love the autofill filtered water pitcher. The sleek outside is beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My current refrigerator was going on 16 years and I was in the process of reading review after review to make sure I had chosen the perfect replacement. The entire process took just a few weeks and before I knew it, I had this beautiful, functional refrigerator. To begin, I love the sleek lines without exposed handles or an exposed water and ice dispenser. The filtered water pitcher inside that refills chilled water so you never have to sit there holding a glass or water pitcher. That to me is genius! Additionally, there is so much space inside both the refrigerator and freezer, even with the built-in ice machine. The two sizes of ice are perfect for any beverage and it even comes with its own ice scoop and a place to store it securely. Every day I am learning something new and wonderful about the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator. I couldn't recommend this more.

Bought the fridge a few months ago. Hands down the most beautiful fridge out there that isn't vintage. If you want some style this is the way to go. There are three main faults I have found to go with a product I generally love that need some fixing: 1. The doors swing wide enough, but just wide enough. They should open wider. 2. Don't put anything glass on the main shelf with the lovely pattern Will scratch up with the slightest effort. Just have to remember to not put scratchy things on anything but the plain glass shelves. If you can. It's gonna scratch up. Bad choice of materials. Did nobody test this? 3. The LED light is permanently set at Daylight (6000k) which can very straining to those of us who have the entire rest of their homes set at warm white (3000-4000k) It's LED, this is the easiest fix, just allow us a setting between daylight and warm white.

Bought this fridge 1 day ago. Looks nice but the ice maker is not functioning. Contacted Samsung and won’t have a technician come out until next week. That’s a bit ridiculous for buying a brand new product. I am about to return this thing as I feel the tech is going to say it needs a part and wait a month for it to be fixed. Shame. Especially when I thought I would give Samsung a chance too.

The only thing I wish I had paid more attention to would be having to grip the doors on top or bottom to open I thought I wouldn't miss handles

We just bought the fridge yesterday from Lowe’s and after 24 the fridge temperature hasn’t gone below 62 F and the freezer is hovering at 54 F. We followed the step by step instructions for set up too. Went through the troubleshooting guide and found nothing should be preventing this refrigerator to work. Our first Samsung fridge and within 24 hours it’s turning out to be a bad decision. Thankfully our 20 year old GE is still running and we haven’t lost any food. Though we’d like to get it out of the living room. We need help!
