I bought this a few weeks ago and have been so happy with it. The water and ice work great! (only feedback on ice is that it does not produce a lot of the larger cubes) Its got great storage space, also love that the filter is easy to access. Overall I love this fridge and am so happy with our purchase!

We really like the look of this fridge and the integrated water pitcher and quick access door. Its got great storage (its massive). No issues the first 2 and 1/2 years but then started having cooling problems in the freezer. Soft ice cream, no ice being made. We initially attributed the problem to perhaps someone leaving the freezer door ajar. Eventually determined fridge and freezer was not cooling properly. Samsung sent out a tech right away and he determined there was an internal coolant leak and it can't be fixed. The tech refilled the coolant and the fridge worked partially for a few more days but same problem returned. He also noted that he has seen at least one other fridge with the same problem. Perhaps a assembly issue in the early models? The fridge app did eventually raise an alert as well that there was a cooling problem (but only after 1 week of failing to cool). Samsung support was outstanding in facilitating a full store credit. I'd rather just have the working fridge but they did get us a credit in order to order a new one and the process only took about 1 week. I hate the idea of a $2k 2.5 year old fridge being scrapped for waste. I wish it could have been repaired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s exactly as expected. The fridge space is fantastic. The freezer discs is tighter than in my old side by side, but I knew that was the trade off. It still happy with my decision; the auto-filling water picture is great.

Overall while we had this fridge we loved it- the space was great and we liked the look especially with matte black panels. However after owning it only 2.5 years it had a sealed system failure (cooling system). Since we bought from an out of box appliance store the warranty wasn’t good, even after calling service line 3 x and using the online chat. Just replaced today with a different brand. Samsung looks good but doesn’t hold up.

I HATE this refrigerator! Sorry I ever bought it. To get filtered water, if it works, not all the time!, have to open the door! Same way to get ice! Have to open the freezer! Shelves: still have not figured out how to remove them to clean the fridge!

The auto refill jar is also super convenient! Only small design flaw is the handles on top of door will get dusty, grimy, and will be hard to clean.

I like the ice maker as it has two sides in the tray that the ice maker produces small and large cubes and plenty of it. The water dispenser is a carafe that is always filled. I prefer this over having to press a button to dispense the water into a jug, standing and waiting for it to fill.

Nice space inside the fridge and freezer. Love the nice clean look of the doors. Also you able to connect the fridge to your phone to change the settings and it will notify you if the doors happen to be left open.

I have tried to leave several reviews and all get denied. Likely because they are not positive. How many negative reviews get removed from here that could have helped me to know what I was buying? I'm am just trying to be helpful and save others from making the same mistake we did. The water pitcher on this fridge does not work properly and is the biggest pain. The fridge seemed great at first and the water pitcher worked fine for the first 2 months. We're lucky now to go 1 full day with it working and we have to go several days without filtered water. We just want a fridge that works like it was meant to. I do NOT recommend buying this. You are much better off with a fridge that pours water directly into a cup not a pitcher. After 3 people have came out to look at the fridge and they gave us a new water pitcher to try, the issue is still happening, every single day. I have found MANY forums where others have this same issue and our reviews are being taken down and there is no responsibility being taken for the issue.
