It’s very sleek and without handles it makes the room seem roomier. And compared to my previous one, the refrigerator shelves and 2 doors make it very spacious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator last month and really glad I did. We had a GE GYE model that was purchased in 2015 and had nothing but trouble. The GE was also very loud at times. Our family are happy with the Samsung refrigerator especially with the looks, the features, the ice cube sizes, and how quiet it operates. The temperature inside the refrigerator seems to be very consistent inside. Very happy with the purchase.

Overall while we had this fridge we loved it- the space was great and we liked the look especially with matte black panels. However after owning it only 2.5 years it had a sealed system failure (cooling system). Since we bought from an out of box appliance store the warranty wasn’t good, even after calling service line 3 x and using the online chat. Just replaced today with a different brand. Samsung looks good but doesn’t hold up.

I can change my panels out for different looks. The compartments make it easy to organize all of the food. The bespoke panels make my kitchen look like I remodeled it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a while ago and I have loved most things about the refrigerator. The only thing I wish was better is the ice maker. The ice is slow to come and if it's not perfectly level, the ice maker and the water pitcher don't work properly.

I purchase this refrigerator 3weeks ago. It worked well for 1 week. Then the ice maker went out and then the freezer. They sent a repair company out quickly , who doesn’t give time frames so you wait all day, who said they needed to order a fan. The part came in a few days later and the tech came out to install it. Once he started to take the back of the fridge pet to install the new pet he noticed an oil leak. He says there was oil in the lines and he tried to flush them but likely we would need a replacement. He said give it 12-24 hours and if the freezer isn’t freezing call Samsung. Called Samsung after 15 hours because the refrigerator is now have temperature fluctuations and the water dispenser isn’t working and the freezer still isn’t cooling. We were better off before the tech tried to repair it. When I called Samsung I was given inaccurate info by the rep and when I called back for an update I was told it would be up to 72 hours as it is a Saturday before any decisions can be made. I have already thrown food out due to the freezer issue but now my fridge is having temperature fluctuations and I am afraid all my food may go to waste, all because a tech tried to repair an issue he knew wasn’t repairable and Samsung just says sorry this is our policy. We will reimburse you so much for thrown out food. Guarantee it won’t be as much as I have spent and had to throw out. This is so frustrating and ridiculous as we haven’t had this product more than a month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The designer of this bespoke refrigerator was a genius. The shelving holds anything from butter to gallon jugs and tall wine bottles. The 4 large drawers have great space in them 2 are taller which we keep cans in also not just a lunch meat drawer n vegetables any more. Which makes great for organizing my items. The door shelves range in size from keeping butter to gallon drinks. The auto fill h20 pitcher with infuser was a special bonus . The easy to use half shelf , yes I said it right, if more height is needed in interior the shelf literally folds Freezer time, the 2 size self contained ice cube tray with cover n scope was a wonderful idea. My kids no longer use hands or just swishing cups thru ice. Very clean. The bottom compartments are very spacious. The top shelf half keeps our frozen breakfast items and deserts for easy access. The flash freeze and cool come in handy for me also. So easy to set. The h2o filter is conveniently located in front center interior of refrigerator and the digital settings are easy to see n use. There is also a handy app if you're one who wishes to use. There is also a bell alarm for when door is left open. Yes I hear it frequently around here. I truly am very satisfied with this purchase and am glad I bought it

It has the capacity we need and love the features (filtered cold water ready to pour but not on the door!), its simplicity, and its counter depth that allows us to easily see what we have and thus waste less. Still can hold enough for a household of 4. So very happy with it!
