We purchased this refrigerator for our outdoor space with our pool house. Despite loving the look of it, the features of two sizes of ice and the refilling water pitcher are perfect for our outdoor space. I was a bit nervous about no handles and smudging fingerprints but we are a few months in and I have not had to wipe it all down on the regular like I thought I would. If my in home frig died today, I would highly consider getting this one! Plus, it really is beautiful in a modern way but it blends well with traditional and industrial style.

Love it. A huge improvement over my old top freezer. It’s spacious, accessible, well lighted and beautiful. I love the water pitcher. My only complaint is the difficult closing the French doors. Each door catches when it meets the outer edge of the other door, even if I gave it a good push. I have to go back and firmly push the door closed. I’ve had 3 door fridges before but never experienced this. It seems like a design flaw or maybe it’s just this fridge. I called the appliance store and they said that’s how it works. You have to push it All The Way Closed. So I wouldn’t recommend this for a house with kids. It does beep if you don’t close the door. After a while

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge about two weeks ago. So far we love the design and functionality. The shelving and compartments seem sturdy and well built. Our last refrigerator was only 3 yes old and several bins and plastic pieces broke and ice maker stopped working which was disappointing. Love the dual ice maker. Its extremely quiet .

I bought this refrigerator a few months ago. It looks gorgeous but the space is poorly distributed, some drawers don't open unless both doors are open and has limited capacity for large items. There is some areas on the doors that are so minuscule there are basically useless. There is a lot of space on the freezer but it is hard to organized and who needs so much ice and different shapes of ice! The door beeps when left open and there is no way to cancel this feature.

I know the name Samsung is quality and fantastic clean line designs at a reasonable price. I built and designed retail stores and researched Samsung so I put their tvs in them. So I was sold on this brand. The updates and design in this fridge are so cool. Love it!

It's roomy enough for our needs and the two types of ice is an added bonus I didn't think I needed, but now know better. My only complaint is the water pitcher. The pitcher will not refill if there is condensate on it. It is a safety feature in case of leaks which is understandable. It may be fine in less humid climates, but I live in Southeast Texas, where as soon as you take it out in the summer, it starts sweating immediately. Most times I can just dry it off, but there are times when that isn't enough and I have to leave the pitcher out to air dry on it's own, which is a big inconvenience sometimes. Overall though, I'm happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off saying that I am upgrading from an older 4 door Samsung which overall I loved, but had icemaker issues. So when this opportunity came up I jumped right at it. This fridge is super sleek from the outside. There are no door handles, exposed icemaker, or water dispenser. All of these features are thoughtfully hidden away. The inside door hides a filtered pitcher of water that holds plenty! If you happen to use it all, it will refill in about 90 seconds. The icemaker is tucked into the freezer drawer and has 2 different types of ice! It has a larger square for maybe a cooler or water bottle, and then smaller nugget like for drinking! We are a big ice household, so this is a plus! Both the fridge and freezer have way more space! Samsung has thoughtfully made each are appropriate for certain items! This helps keep the fridge clean and organized. The freezer is big! Somehow it is bigger than my old one, and still has an ice maker inside! I would say my only complaint about it is that it sticks out a bit more than I would like. Although it is counter depth, the door is about an inch thicker than the door with handles so visually it takes some time to get used to. The trade off is space you can use on the inside of the door! Overall I am very pleased with this fridge in the short time that I have had it.

Having it be able to connect to smart things is good because you could always monitor it, and change some settings on the app. The one thing that made me take a star away is that the center flap sometimes doesn't catch the rail, so I would have to open and manually close it myself.

The glass shelf above the bottom most crisper trays is NOT removable as it is a single sheet of glass to which is atatched the water filer. If anything spills inside the fridge and runs dowen tot he bottom shelf, liquid will be trapped and dry under the glass and above th plastic of the bottom crisper. There is not easy way to clean this - we had to take over an hour with a steamer to loosen the dried material and then wick it out with paper towels. Never seen a fridge where the glass shelves cannnot be removed. Very poor design - love the fridge, but had we known this we woud not have bought it. Two Samsung techs said this is a common issue. Be aware - this WILL haen sometime over the 10 year life of the fridge.

Was initially concerned about having to open a door to get the water or ice, but now I really appreciate the pitcher that is always full. It is actually much faster to fill up a family's worth of cups than having to stand by the door for my old fridge one cup at a time.
