[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for one we purchased in Feb. Now this unit is doing the SAME thing…not freezing!!! I have been u all nite trying to get a tech here after going thru all the test you need to rove I need a tech…. I NEEd A T ECH ….. NOW!!!

I bought this in November 2023, and it breaks down in March 2024. the Refrigerator and freezer stopped working and all the food inside all needed to be thrown out as it was 68 degree in the fridge and freezer. The Samsung tech needs to order parts in order to fix it. I was advised it was a major part too. How can a major company like Samsung put out a product that doesn't last long. I've expected better from a big company like Samsung to have better product as I've owned their TV and monitor. This is such a disappointment.

In addition to a great design and giving us the flexibility of installing the shelves, the automatic water refill is a great feature. I highly recommend this Samsung refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the ice bin with different sizes and the self filling water pitcher. Easy to control the temp from my phone. Heck even tells me how long until I need to change the water filter. Holds a LOT more than you think it will, trust me

I bought this a few weeks ago and have been so happy with it. The water and ice work great! (only feedback on ice is that it does not produce a lot of the larger cubes) Its got great storage space, also love that the filter is easy to access. Overall I love this fridge and am so happy with our purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a while ago and I have loved most things about the refrigerator. The only thing I wish was better is the ice maker. The ice is slow to come and if it's not perfectly level, the ice maker and the water pitcher don't work properly.

Overall while we had this fridge we loved it- the space was great and we liked the look especially with matte black panels. However after owning it only 2.5 years it had a sealed system failure (cooling system). Since we bought from an out of box appliance store the warranty wasn’t good, even after calling service line 3 x and using the online chat. Just replaced today with a different brand. Samsung looks good but doesn’t hold up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with the refrigerator, although I cannot use the ice maker. My kitchen is not plumbed for a refrigerator. I like the fact that it is not deep, so I can see everything on the shelves. The only thing I am not happy with is the fixed shelving and door compartments. There is no way to change their spacing. Other than that, I like the refrigerator. It keeps everything nice and cold.

I will do a follow-up review in another six months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. Everyone that comes over is so impressed with its sleek looks & it ample storage space. The auto fill pitcher is definitely a MAJOR perk. I’m also impressed with its two different sizes of ice it makes. I am so happy we had stopped in to look at fridges in person because this one took my breath away.
