I just received this refrigerator after the one in my kitchen was on it's last leg. I love the sleek look and non textured surface. It makes it easy to clean fingerprints from the front. Additionally, there is so much space inside! When I transfered everything from my cramped old unit, I had so much more space and access to my groceries. The auto filling pitcher is incredibly useful because I drink a lot of water. I can fill my water bottle, put the pitcher back and within seconds of the door closing, the pitcher is filling. The freezer drawer is super deep and easy to access. Oh and the dual size ice cubes are amazing! The smaller ice cubes are perfect for iced coffee while the large cubes fit perfectly into my water bottle

Overall design is modern and simplistic, however, non magnetic doors is unfortunate when the sides are magnetic. This can impossible to reach due to positioning against walls. So putting fridge magnets on is a no go. Also the door can show fingerprints due to stainless steel finish. Love the water pitcher, however, can be finicky sometimes, such as not being placed all the way in causing water to miss the pitcher's opening hole. This fridge is definitely worth the price.

Nice space inside the fridge and freezer. Love the nice clean look of the doors. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BEWARE: There is a component in the fridge above the bottom drawers that you CANNOT remove. We spilt something forever ago and spent 5 hours watching youtube videos, surfing reddit, and looking at samsung's website and there is no way to remove the shelf to clean it. The glass isn't sealed so liquid dripping gets stuck forever. Other than that, the water dispenser and shelf sizes for both the doors and inside are great. Love the dual ice maker and never seem to run out. Would love if they created a way to clean the shelf.

We bought this on sale during labor day. Its a fine refrigerator, but it broke within 6 months. It took 3 weeks and 2 visits from Samsung support. After 3 weeks they told us it was unfixable. Because the exact model wasn't in stock they did provide a refund, but since we bought it on sale all similar refrigerators were hundreds of dollars more expensive for similar models. Because of all the customization options, getting your EXACT model replaced will prove difficult. They refused to give us a gray panel unit because we had a black panel unit because it wasn't the same model. Getting our money will take an additional 2-3 weeks, so we will be without a working refrigerator for 6+ weeks. Terrible experience.

The shelves are proportioned just right for the way we use it and therefore actually maximized the space. We are enjoying the water pitcher. The kids love that they can just dump the water into their large water bottles without waiting for a door water dispenser to slowly fill up their bottles. We are very satisfied with this purchase.

Maybe I’m an extreme creature of habit but …Amazing how changing a refrigerator configuration affects your life. Shelves, drawers and door layout are all different from last fridge so I am still trying to optimize / organize the contents to fit my preferences. Fortunately, the product has lots of flexibility. I’ll get there eventually. The ice bin in the freezer drawer works well.
