Also the smartphone control via smart things app is quite nice to have. The water pitcher fills up fast with cold water, along with 2 different sizes of ice being available at the same time. I personally prefer simple and durable product for the appliances, and this fidge perfectly meets my needs. But if you prefer more tech forward, consider higher range of this fridge. If you are considering this fridge, go for it. You will be satisfied for your investmemt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we are very pleased with the refrigerator. There is plenty of storage space with the four drawers and the adjustable shelves. It has a very sleek design with the handle free doors. The drawers glide very easily when open and closing. The auto fill water pitcher is another nice feature we enjoy. There a few things we could be improved. The lower right fridge drawer cannot be opened unless both fridge doors are opened. The other drawers work fine with only one door open. The “quick space shelf” can be slid in or out to make room for taller items. However, when extended out, placing items on the shelf causes it to slip down and we are constantly readjusting it. There is no way to lock it in place. The ice maker is great making two sizes of ice, but it takes up a lot of space in the freezer that could be put to better use. It would be nice to be able to turn off one side or the other. On that same subject, when we open the freezer drawer, the upper shelf that contains the ice bins pulls out every time. We never had this with other bottom freezers we’ve had. One other thing was the width of the refrigerator. It was stated that it should fit in a 35” to 36” space. Our space measured 36 3/8” and it was a very tight fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this fridge for a little over a year and so far so good. There haven’t been any issues with the water pitcher or ice maker. Make sure you follow directions on changing the water filter or you’ll end up with a floor full of water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s worth it!!! My first Samsung fridge and I will never change suppliers. The same is perfect, easy to use and the technology is unbelievable. When my kids don’t close the fridge, I get a text! How awesome is that! The freezer is spacious and provides appropriate storage space for those kid frozen snacks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our new bespoke Three door French door refrigerator !!! The auto fill pitcher in the door is wonderful very clean lines on the outside we hated the water fell in the door on the outside and this solves the problem and works wonderful !!! Be sure and leave 2 inches of space in the back from the wall and you won’t have any problems. What we did was take a pool noodle and cut about 6 inches and attach that to the wall at the top in the back and at the bottom on both sides so you know exactly when you push it in that you have 2 inches of airspace for the compressor. We love the two sizes of ice that auto fills in the bottom drawer where it should be for making ice in the freezer and it works great just very happy. They have a well designed refrigerator that should never have any problems !!!

I purchase this refrigerator 3weeks ago. It worked well for 1 week. Then the ice maker went out and then the freezer. They sent a repair company out quickly , who doesn’t give time frames so you wait all day, who said they needed to order a fan. The part came in a few days later and the tech came out to install it. Once he started to take the back of the fridge pet to install the new pet he noticed an oil leak. He says there was oil in the lines and he tried to flush them but likely we would need a replacement. He said give it 12-24 hours and if the freezer isn’t freezing call Samsung. Called Samsung after 15 hours because the refrigerator is now have temperature fluctuations and the water dispenser isn’t working and the freezer still isn’t cooling. We were better off before the tech tried to repair it. When I called Samsung I was given inaccurate info by the rep and when I called back for an update I was told it would be up to 72 hours as it is a Saturday before any decisions can be made. I have already thrown food out due to the freezer issue but now my fridge is having temperature fluctuations and I am afraid all my food may go to waste, all because a tech tried to repair an issue he knew wasn’t repairable and Samsung just says sorry this is our policy. We will reimburse you so much for thrown out food. Guarantee it won’t be as much as I have spent and had to throw out. This is so frustrating and ridiculous as we haven’t had this product more than a month.

This refrigerator replaced our old 28 cu ft side by side. Overall, I like the innovative glass panel look and the ability to change panels. I don't think I'll do it but it's nice to know you can. Having an ice dispenser that produces two different sized ice seems like overkill and a waste of space but comes in handy when hosting parties. The integrated ice scooper was a nice touch. Even with the wasted space of the ice dispenser, the freezer was capable of holding everything from our old freezer. Our old refrigerator had a water dispenser on the outside of the door and I wasn't sure if I would like the auto fill water pitcher but after using it, I like it better. It's quicker to pour a glass of water, fill water bottles, and refill the Keurig. The only thing we didn't like was the 2" clearance needed on both sides for the french doors. Before purchasing this refrigerator, I did a lot of research and was planning to stay away from all Samsung refrigerator due to poor reviews and user experiences. What sold me on taking a chance with this one was the price and 2 year warranty. Although it's been only a little over a month, I am happy with my purchase, love the styling and hope the Bespoke line is an improvement on quality from their older french door models.

In addition to a great design and giving us the flexibility of installing the shelves, the automatic water refill is a great feature. I highly recommend this Samsung refrigerator.
