[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a new house we moved into in late February 2023. I love it for the most part. It's roomy enough for our needs and the two types of ice is an added bonus I didn't think I needed, but now know better. My only complaint is the water pitcher. The pitcher will not refill if there is condensate on it. It is a safety feature in case of leaks which is understandable. It may be fine in less humid climates, but I live in Southeast Texas, where as soon as you take it out in the summer, it starts sweating immediately. Most times I can just dry it off, but there are times when that isn't enough and I have to leave the pitcher out to air dry on it's own, which is a big inconvenience sometimes. Overall though, I'm happy with my purchase.

I HATE this refrigerator! Sorry I ever bought it. To get filtered water, if it works, not all the time!, have to open the door! Same way to get ice! Have to open the freezer! Shelves: still have not figured out how to remove them to clean the fridge!

I am very happy with it and especially like the self filling water pitcher and the two kinds of ice cubes. There is plenty of room and very easy to organize what ever you might have.

I bought a really nice side by side refrigerator and I was as pleased as punch! Especially after living overseas for many years where refrigerators weren’t really “a thing” like in the U.S. Well, I recently purchased my “dream house” where I hope to spend the rest of my days. At the behest of my daughter, I purchased the three-door Bespoke Refrigerator with built-in water pitcher. We’ve had it for about three weeks now and I just can’t stop looking at it. It is sleek, modern, and oh so functional. There are crisper drawers; meat drawers; cheese drawers; drawers galore. Plenty of freezer space; very functional, space saving ice drawer with a scoop!!! I just love it. I was so impressed with Samsung that I also bought their washer dryer! HOOHA!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving my Samsung Bespoke Counter-Depth...it's perfect in my smaller kitchen and looks "built in" with the white glass panels and my white cabinets. I enjoy the ice /2 sizes. The constant full pitcher of chilled, filtered water is especially nice as my city's water tastes unpleasant this time of year.

The freezer is tiny!! 1/4 of it is taken up by the ice machine which leaves two small basins and drawer. The handles are huddle in the top so instead of being able to pull a handle at chest height you have to extend your arm up to the top which is annoying when carrying multiple things. And you can’t opt. A fridge drawer without opening both exterior doors. Definitely sacrifice utility for looks here.

The quality seem good though the door closure is not tuned as well as our last fisher and paykel. Smart feature is nice, got notifications that my wife left the door open a bit when I was not at home. I also enjoy the different ice cubes and it looks very clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size actually saves space that is having a bottom freezer. When ours went out it was decided to save space with a larger fridge unit. The auto icemaker with regular and smaller size fits a family of six perfectly. The water unit is also an excellent feature with it being able to keep up . The filtration is the best I've encountered. The water is crisp and just the right cold. The door compartments allows for our need for the space of items that would otherwise clutter the shelves. The adjustable shelves are great for regular large items and the slide down shelf accommodates larger containers such as tall tea pitchers and more. Over all this unit is perfect for interior size and exterior space,along with the monitoring that can be done remotely and the alert when a door is left open for a period of time.

This 36” wide fridge is perfect for large families like ours. Easy to open and close and keeps our food fresh for longer!

DO NOT BUY! Maybe I got a dud but we've had issues since we bought it with the bite sized ice AND Samsung just wants to keep replacing things which IS NOT fixing the issue. So far they have not replaced the fridge. VERY DISAPPOINTED bc you spend all this money for it not to work correctly.
