[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge, Pros: We really like the ice bins and liked the water container more than we thought we would. Cons: Left top door was finicky with leveling the fridge to get it to stay open when opened like the right door. Searching online seems to be a common issue, I found opening the top left hinge cover and unwind/playing with the water line seemed to help and get it to a point where once the door is fully open the door stays open now.

i just received my new samsung bespoke 3-door in sleek white glass — overall happy with my purchase as it adds a minimal sophistication to the space. counter depth is perfect for a small u-shaped kitchen. upon arrival though, the top doors were misaligned. the gap between the doors widens towards the bottom and the top right panel sits higher than the panel on the left. the operator’s manual does not contain instructions on how to fix either of these issues, that i can find. i was only able to find tips on adjusting the 4-door version which doesn’t apply to the 3-door frig. it’s been a frustrating process trying to figure out how to make adjustments to the frig to even everything out and bring this beautiful appliance back to top quality. samsung, please help.

The colored panels provides such a unique look that really fit our style. The fridge is well laid out and we're loving the built in water pitcher and the ice machine with multiple sized cubes. Very happy with the purchase.

Overall while we had this fridge we loved it- the space was great and we liked the look especially with matte black panels. However after owning it only 2.5 years it had a sealed system failure (cooling system). Since we bought from an out of box appliance store the warranty wasn’t good, even after calling service line 3 x and using the online chat. Just replaced today with a different brand. Samsung looks good but doesn’t hold up.

Our GE of 25 years finally went out on us. We saw this beauty and brought it home!!! I will say, I saw an earlier post about the ice maker not working. It took until the next day for ours to start producing ice!! It’s a nice new addition to our life!!! Very roomy fridge!!!

The glass shelf above the bottom most crisper trays is NOT removable as it is a single sheet of glass to which is atatched the water filer. If anything spills inside the fridge and runs dowen tot he bottom shelf, liquid will be trapped and dry under the glass and above th plastic of the bottom crisper. There is not easy way to clean this - we had to take over an hour with a steamer to loosen the dried material and then wick it out with paper towels. Never seen a fridge where the glass shelves cannnot be removed. Very poor design - love the fridge, but had we known this we woud not have bought it. Two Samsung techs said this is a common issue. Be aware - this WILL haen sometime over the 10 year life of the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our Bispoke three weeks ago and we are in love. The ice is without a doubt the best feature on this refrigerator. I was concerned with having the ice in the tray of the lower freezer section but it has not been a problem.My wife is in love with the pellet ice. There is so much room inside this refrigerator and the adjustable shelving is perfect for making room for an oversized watermelon. The no handles design and water pitcher inside the door gives it a sleek and modern look. It also makes it easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really please with this refrigerator so far! I love the flat front and the dual ice makers. The only negative is that the small glass area over 2 of the drawers. We have spilled tea and it got under the glass between the glass and the trim. I have not been able to figure out how to take that small section apart. All of the instructions to remove the glass shelving is for the older models and they are different than this particular model. Hopefully I can get that resolved soon.
