I am very happy with it and especially like the self filling water pitcher and the two kinds of ice cubes. There is plenty of room and very easy to organize what ever you might have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off saying that I am upgrading from an older 4 door Samsung which overall I loved, but had icemaker issues. So when this opportunity came up I jumped right at it. This fridge is super sleek from the outside. There are no door handles, exposed icemaker, or water dispenser. All of these features are thoughtfully hidden away. The inside door hides a filtered pitcher of water that holds plenty! If you happen to use it all, it will refill in about 90 seconds. The icemaker is tucked into the freezer drawer and has 2 different types of ice! It has a larger square for maybe a cooler or water bottle, and then smaller nugget like for drinking! We are a big ice household, so this is a plus! Both the fridge and freezer have way more space! Samsung has thoughtfully made each are appropriate for certain items! This helps keep the fridge clean and organized. The freezer is big! Somehow it is bigger than my old one, and still has an ice maker inside! I would say my only complaint about it is that it sticks out a bit more than I would like. Although it is counter depth, the door is about an inch thicker than the door with handles so visually it takes some time to get used to. The trade off is space you can use on the inside of the door! Overall I am very pleased with this fridge in the short time that I have had it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very beautiful design and spacious. It is well thought out and brightly lit. We had to shim the left door as it was 1/8" lower and wouldn't engage the center draft stop, but that was super easy with the included plastic snap rings. We really like the dual ice maker and the always cold quickly auto-filled water jug. And the fact that this fridge is connected to our smart things app makes it even handier, as you know if the door is accidentally left open, etc.

We really like the look of this fridge and the integrated water pitcher and quick access door. Its got great storage (its massive). No issues the first 2 and 1/2 years but then started having cooling problems in the freezer. Soft ice cream, no ice being made. We initially attributed the problem to perhaps someone leaving the freezer door ajar. Eventually determined fridge and freezer was not cooling properly. Samsung sent out a tech right away and he determined there was an internal coolant leak and it can't be fixed. The tech refilled the coolant and the fridge worked partially for a few more days but same problem returned. He also noted that he has seen at least one other fridge with the same problem. Perhaps a assembly issue in the early models? The fridge app did eventually raise an alert as well that there was a cooling problem (but only after 1 week of failing to cool). Samsung support was outstanding in facilitating a full store credit. I'd rather just have the working fridge but they did get us a credit in order to order a new one and the process only took about 1 week. I hate the idea of a $2k 2.5 year old fridge being scrapped for waste. I wish it could have been repaired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am amazed at how much an appliance has changed my life. I live in a rural area and rely on well water. Our well water contains sediments, so I've used a distiller for forever. Now, I do not have to use the distiller because this refrigerator delivers refreshing, pure water! My old refrigerator did not have an ice maker. I had a noisy counter-top ice machine. Now, like the water, I have perfectly pure ice cubes at hand. I've regained that counter space too! I've not even mentioned the time and effort I used to maintain and clean the ice machine and distiller. This refrigerator looks beautiful and sleek in my kitchen. I love how modern the black stainless is. I also love the bright led lights inside.

We had the fridge for just a year and the freezer stopped working. Of course it was right after the manufacturer warranty expired. To fix it was over $900 we tried to live with it as we had another stand up freezer and just 2 months later the fridge stopped keeping cool. Don't waste your money on this fridge.

The quality seem good though the door closure is not tuned as well as our last fisher and paykel. Smart feature is nice, got notifications that my wife left the door open a bit when I was not at home. I also enjoy the different ice cubes and it looks very clean.

I was convinced by a salesman that bespoke refrigerator was good. I purchased 6 months ago went to change the water filter now it won't stop leaking water after two days and looking into it still leaks had to leave the water off. Typical samsung fridge it is junk would definitely encourage people to look for other brands totally disappointed. And yes used OEM filter from samsung.

The freezer on the bottom with sections helps to separate foods well. We are looking to purchase a 2d one for our home.
