[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with the refrigerator, although I cannot use the ice maker. My kitchen is not plumbed for a refrigerator. I like the fact that it is not deep, so I can see everything on the shelves. The only thing I am not happy with is the fixed shelving and door compartments. There is no way to change their spacing. Other than that, I like the refrigerator. It keeps everything nice and cold.

I bought this in November 2023, and it breaks down in March 2024. the Refrigerator and freezer stopped working and all the food inside all needed to be thrown out as it was 68 degree in the fridge and freezer. The Samsung tech needs to order parts in order to fix it. I was advised it was a major part too. How can a major company like Samsung put out a product that doesn't last long. I've expected better from a big company like Samsung to have better product as I've owned their TV and monitor. This is such a disappointment.

The auto refill water pitcher is far superior to any door water filler I’ve ever had. No more water drips. No more water streaming down your door and leaking onto the floor from melted ice. The two different ice shapes are perfect for any water bottle.

It has the capacity we need and love the features (filtered cold water ready to pour but not on the door!), its simplicity, and its counter depth that allows us to easily see what we have and thus waste less. Still can hold enough for a household of 4. So very happy with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for a few months and love it so much! I love the internal water pitch, love the exchangeable panels (I swapped the bottom panel from stainless to black) and I love the space this gives me.

We bought this fridge about 2 months ago. It’s gorgeous, love the design and size. Unfortunately I can’t recommend it do to the very loud whistling sound that it makes. We live in a normal sized house and the whistling can be heard throughout the first floor. They sent a tech out right away, he told me the fridge should not be making the sound but he couldn’t pinpoint the issue. He called for more help and was told it’s a normal operating sound. I find it 100% unacceptable. It’s VERY loud. It’s almost like wind whistling and it goes on and off all day. As I write this review, I’m sitting in my living room with the television on, listening to my brand new gorgeous fridge whistle like a train. How could it be designed to do that?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the greatest fridge. I love the flexibility of being able to put many different sizes of items in it. I've only used the push-back shelf feature once, but soup season is coming up! I don't think you can put anything that tall in most fridges without removing a shelf. We particularly love the water pitcher. So much better than door water! Like seriously its amazing. There's so much space too! The drawers are great for a person like me who insists there is a "meat drawer", "cheese drawer" and "veggie drawer". There's one of each with an extra for whatever. Did I mention the ice maker? Love the 2 types of ice. The freezer is nice and big too. I've used the app and love having an alarm go off when the door is left open. If I'm not home I can call someone to let them know they left the door open. The power freeze and power cool options are quite handy too! Seriously, this fridge is next level.

We needed to replace our previous frig. I looked for counter depth, none of those membrane type buttons that eventually crack, water dispenser with room for a taller container and ideally not one button for everything (it shows wear), and perhaps not stainless steel. I found the Bespoke 24 cu ft in white. They had other color choices too. Here's our thoughts. Pros: Depth, integrated handles, beverage center, very good organization. It actually holds the same as our previous larger frig. The beverage door, the design of the water dispenser (simple) and unexpectedly the pitcher is getting used as much as the dispenser. Oh and the sleek look with no handles sticking out. Cons: Ice drawer does this thing where the top drawer slides all the way out when you open it, you have to push it back to get to the ice scoop and ice, then pull it back out to put the scoop away. The right side pantry compartment requires that both doors be opened. At first these things were annoying, but after a while, we got used to it and it doesn't matter so much when compared to the pros. Finally, not sure why a frig needs wi-fi but there you have it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bespoke Refrigerator! I've had it a couple of months now and I'm so glad I didn't settle on a traditional refrigerator with handles. It's so sleek looking and I love the idea of being able to change the panels to a different color if and when I want to. One of my favorite features are the small ice cubes, love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for over 4 months now and I do really like it. The beverage center is a major plus! Not being able to adjust the top shelf is the only drawback. The size is great the icemakers are great. The auto refill pitcher is a great option to have. We never run out of ice with the dual icemakers. Only thing I had to do was shim the left door so when opening the right door, I can just flip the mullion to open the lower drawer on the right side without opening the left door. But other than that, this has been a super refrigerator. Super quiet and cools perfectly. If you have the space you can't go wrong with this refrigerator.
