The automatic water pitcher to the baby and large ice cubes and to make it an even better the color changing panels I bought white glass! And Samsung gave me free panels and suction cup I got ice blue !! For free up to 430 value it’s the best brand and best refrigerators!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge during President's Day weekend and am totally in love with it. The Autofill Pitcher is a great feature and refills almost instantly once emptied. The dual types of ice allow you to have a choice when choosing your beverage and also make it so there is constantly ice. The amount of space in both the fridge and the freezer allow me to never need to worry if I have room or not. I also love and appreciate the adjustable features of the shelves in the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the Bespoke collection for our kitchen and I’ve never enjoyed a refrigerator more. The in-door water pitcher with tea bag-infuser is the current family favorite feature. Guests always compliment the fridge too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge, Pros: We really like the ice bins and liked the water container more than we thought we would. Cons: Left top door was finicky with leveling the fridge to get it to stay open when opened like the right door. Searching online seems to be a common issue, I found opening the top left hinge cover and unwind/playing with the water line seemed to help and get it to a point where once the door is fully open the door stays open now.

The shelves are not good because there are two of them the top shelf has to stay in place you can not adjust up or down. The second shelf can only move one time. You can only slide the right shelf in so you can have space for a taller objects. The draw are excellent. They are huge. You can fit a lot of fruit or vegetables. I have 4 compartment excellent size. Also side door shelves are excellent you can fit lots of items. I love that the water pitcher is inside of the fridge. Meaning if u have little kids no spillage. It hold 40oz the pitcher. The ice is located at bottom. It makes two ice sizes with it own serving spoon to pick up ice. The bottom draw has one sliding self. Excellent size I can store 5 box of frozen pizza stand up. Overall I love my fridge. The Only issue is that the back panel came broken I was not aware. The supporting screw is broken from the frame of the fridge during production. It a mandating defect. I kept noticing my shelves did not stay in place it kept popping out. Then I notice there was water at the bottom compartment. I notify Samsung customer service. They were quick to resolve the issue. They made me an appointment with a service technician with a reputable company. Hopefully the issue will be resolve soon. I would definitely buy this refrigerator again.

I can change my panels out for different looks. The compartments make it easy to organize all of the food. The bespoke panels make my kitchen look like I remodeled it.

The colored panels provides such a unique look that really fit our style. The fridge is well laid out and we're loving the built in water pitcher and the ice machine with multiple sized cubes. Very happy with the purchase.

This refrigerator replaced our old 28 cu ft side by side. Overall, I like the innovative glass panel look and the ability to change panels. I don't think I'll do it but it's nice to know you can. Having an ice dispenser that produces two different sized ice seems like overkill and a waste of space but comes in handy when hosting parties. The integrated ice scooper was a nice touch. Even with the wasted space of the ice dispenser, the freezer was capable of holding everything from our old freezer. Our old refrigerator had a water dispenser on the outside of the door and I wasn't sure if I would like the auto fill water pitcher but after using it, I like it better. It's quicker to pour a glass of water, fill water bottles, and refill the Keurig. The only thing we didn't like was the 2" clearance needed on both sides for the french doors. Before purchasing this refrigerator, I did a lot of research and was planning to stay away from all Samsung refrigerator due to poor reviews and user experiences. What sold me on taking a chance with this one was the price and 2 year warranty. Although it's been only a little over a month, I am happy with my purchase, love the styling and hope the Bespoke line is an improvement on quality from their older french door models.

The GE was also very loud at times. Our family are happy with the Samsung refrigerator especially with the looks, the features, the ice cube sizes, and how quiet it operates. The temperature inside the refrigerator seems to be very consistent inside. Very happy with the purchase.
