[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I am very happy so far. I like the 2 varieties of ice and the modern design. I do have 3 minor complaints: The white color of the doors is more of a light gray against my high gloss white kitchen. There is no shelf height that fits a large bottle of wine with bottle stop. I also find it irritating that I can’t pull out the very bottom drawers without opening both of the fridge doors.

Not only it’s a good looking refrigerator it is easy to change the filter and access to all draws. My only complaint is the front middle shelf does sinks in the middle. A little bit flimsy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a Bespoke 3-door French Door Refrigerator and absolutely love it! I wasn't sure about having no handles but once I was used to it, I realized it was much nicer to have the extra walk space. This is a counter depth frig and I am amazed at how much it holds. Having a built-in water pitcher that constantly refills itself is a dream. Samsung has obviously put a lot of thought into the Bespoke line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice fridge but there is a problem with the left hand door flap. This flap folds in when door is openned but extends when door closes to properly seal the two doors. This flap is controlled mechanically by a tab on the top of the flap but it is too short that it will not connect if the door is closed a little too fast. If door is closed slowly, the flap will extend 95% of the time. If it does not extend, the fridge will not seal properly. Does not seem to have any way of adjusting the height of the tab to ensure a better connection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung bespoke truly lives up to its name. Looks super high end compared to comparable fridges from the other manufacturers. It is thoughtfully laid out and has an amazing led lighting system that illuminated the interior. Favorite feature is the open door reminder which beeps when the door is not fully closed.

Overall this appliance has been perfect for our family of four. I did have to buy additional items to keep things organized but other than that it has been great. The water pitcher comes in handy. I don't like the stainless steel because of the finger prints. I was told that this stainless steel would be print free haha we have a kid who eats ice all day and she plays sports so having the choice for different ice has also worked out for us. We were unaware of the different "packages" on this refrigerator so just bought the one with the pitcher. I don't regret it. We subscribe to the filter but they are easily accessible. It's very convenient. I love the WiFi option. I always know when our youngest leaves the door open. We are just over a year in with it and I have no complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving my Samsung Bespoke Counter-Depth...it's perfect in my smaller kitchen and looks "built in" with the white glass panels and my white cabinets. I enjoy the ice /2 sizes. The constant full pitcher of chilled, filtered water is especially nice as my city's water tastes unpleasant this time of year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of the feig but you have to make sure you closed the doors as they do not shut on their own. Luckily there is a chin that warns you the door is open too long. Also, I love the water picture that self fills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am amazed at how much an appliance has changed my life. I live in a rural area and rely on well water. Our well water contains sediments, so I've used a distiller for forever. Now, I do not have to use the distiller because this refrigerator delivers refreshing, pure water! My old refrigerator did not have an ice maker. I had a noisy counter-top ice machine. Now, like the water, I have perfectly pure ice cubes at hand. I've regained that counter space too! I've not even mentioned the time and effort I used to maintain and clean the ice machine and distiller. This refrigerator looks beautiful and sleek in my kitchen. I love how modern the black stainless is. I also love the bright led lights inside.
