Having it be able to connect to smart things is good because you could always monitor it, and change some settings on the app. The one thing that made me take a star away is that the center flap sometimes doesn't catch the rail, so I would have to open and manually close it myself.

Was initially concerned about having to open a door to get the water or ice, but now I really appreciate the pitcher that is always full. It is actually much faster to fill up a family's worth of cups than having to stand by the door for my old fridge one cup at a time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about 2 months ago and have loved it except the water pitcher in the door has not worked since we have had it, other than that no problems, other than no one has returned call on water pitcher issues.

We really like the look of this fridge and the integrated water pitcher and quick access door. Its got great storage (its massive). No issues the first 2 and 1/2 years but then started having cooling problems in the freezer. Soft ice cream, no ice being made. We initially attributed the problem to perhaps someone leaving the freezer door ajar. Eventually determined fridge and freezer was not cooling properly. Samsung sent out a tech right away and he determined there was an internal coolant leak and it can't be fixed. The tech refilled the coolant and the fridge worked partially for a few more days but same problem returned. He also noted that he has seen at least one other fridge with the same problem. Perhaps a assembly issue in the early models? The fridge app did eventually raise an alert as well that there was a cooling problem (but only after 1 week of failing to cool). Samsung support was outstanding in facilitating a full store credit. I'd rather just have the working fridge but they did get us a credit in order to order a new one and the process only took about 1 week. I hate the idea of a $2k 2.5 year old fridge being scrapped for waste. I wish it could have been repaired.

The entire process took just a few weeks and before I knew it, I had this beautiful, functional refrigerator. To begin, I love the sleek lines without exposed handles or an exposed water and ice dispenser. The filtered water pitcher inside that refills chilled water so you never have to sit there holding a glass or water pitcher. That to me is genius! Additionally, there is so much space inside both the refrigerator and freezer, even with the built-in ice machine. The two sizes of ice are perfect for any beverage and it even comes with its own ice scoop and a place to store it securely. Every day I am learning something new and wonderful about the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator. I couldn't recommend this more.

The 4 large drawers have great space in them 2 are taller which we keep cans in also not just a lunch meat drawer n vegetables any more. Which makes great for organizing my items. The door shelves range in size from keeping butter to gallon drinks. The auto fill h20 pitcher with infuser was a special bonus . The easy to use half shelf , yes I said it right, if more height is needed in interior the shelf literally folds Freezer time, the 2 size self contained ice cube tray with cover n scope was a wonderful idea. My kids no longer use hands or just swishing cups thru ice. Very clean. The bottom compartments are very spacious. The top shelf half keeps our frozen breakfast items and deserts for easy access. The flash freeze and cool come in handy for me also. So easy to set. The h2o filter is conveniently located in front center interior of refrigerator and the digital settings are easy to see n use. There is also a handy app if you're one who wishes to use. There is also a bell alarm for when door is left open. Yes I hear it frequently around here. I truly am very satisfied with this purchase and am glad I bought it

I like the fact that it is not deep, so I can see everything on the shelves. The only thing I am not happy with is the fixed shelving and door compartments. There is no way to change their spacing. Other than that, I like the refrigerator. It keeps everything nice and cold.
