[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Refrigerator as a replaced to the Italian Bertazzoni that the developer originally installed for us. The Samsung Refrigerator has been working great! The freezer space was deep enough to allow us and store up more frozen foods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new Bespoke Refrigerator for 2 months and are completely happy with our choice. It's super quiet and chills everything perfectly. We are still adjusting to the difference from our previous side by side but are very pleased with the shelves and drawers and our ability to store. The freezer is perfect for the wife and I for the amount of food we choose to stock. Adjusted to opening the doors from the top rather than the bottom, so glad that was designed into it. We are very happy and pleased with this Samsung refrigerator.

It stopped working again on Saturday September 28, 2024. Lost all food in freezer and refrigerator AGAIN! Waiting to hear from repair guy. We areNOT happy. I would never recommend this product.

Love it. A huge improvement over my old top freezer. It’s spacious, accessible, well lighted and beautiful. I love the water pitcher. My only complaint is the difficult closing the French doors. Each door catches when it meets the outer edge of the other door, even if I gave it a good push. I have to go back and firmly push the door closed. I’ve had 3 door fridges before but never experienced this. It seems like a design flaw or maybe it’s just this fridge. I called the appliance store and they said that’s how it works. You have to push it All The Way Closed. So I wouldn’t recommend this for a house with kids. It does beep if you don’t close the door. After a while

Bought the fridge a few months ago. Hands down the most beautiful fridge out there that isn't vintage. If you want some style this is the way to go. There are three main faults I have found to go with a product I generally love that need some fixing: 1. The doors swing wide enough, but just wide enough. They should open wider. 2. Don't put anything glass on the main shelf with the lovely pattern Will scratch up with the slightest effort. Just have to remember to not put scratchy things on anything but the plain glass shelves. If you can. It's gonna scratch up. Bad choice of materials. Did nobody test this? 3. The LED light is permanently set at Daylight (6000k) which can very straining to those of us who have the entire rest of their homes set at warm white (3000-4000k) It's LED, this is the easiest fix, just allow us a setting between daylight and warm white.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BEWARE: There is a component in the fridge above the bottom drawers that you CANNOT remove. We spilt something forever ago and spent 5 hours watching youtube videos, surfing reddit, and looking at samsung's website and there is no way to remove the shelf to clean it. The glass isn't sealed so liquid dripping gets stuck forever. Other than that, the water dispenser and shelf sizes for both the doors and inside are great. Love the dual ice maker and never seem to run out. Would love if they created a way to clean the shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The designer of this bespoke refrigerator was a genius. The shelving holds anything from butter to gallon jugs and tall wine bottles. The 4 large drawers have great space in them 2 are taller which we keep cans in also not just a lunch meat drawer n vegetables any more. Which makes great for organizing my items. The door shelves range in size from keeping butter to gallon drinks. The auto fill h20 pitcher with infuser was a special bonus . The easy to use half shelf , yes I said it right, if more height is needed in interior the shelf literally folds Freezer time, the 2 size self contained ice cube tray with cover n scope was a wonderful idea. My kids no longer use hands or just swishing cups thru ice. Very clean. The bottom compartments are very spacious. The top shelf half keeps our frozen breakfast items and deserts for easy access. The flash freeze and cool come in handy for me also. So easy to set. The h2o filter is conveniently located in front center interior of refrigerator and the digital settings are easy to see n use. There is also a handy app if you're one who wishes to use. There is also a bell alarm for when door is left open. Yes I hear it frequently around here. I truly am very satisfied with this purchase and am glad I bought it

The quality seem good though the door closure is not tuned as well as our last fisher and paykel. Smart feature is nice, got notifications that my wife left the door open a bit when I was not at home. I also enjoy the different ice cubes and it looks very clean.
