[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked for the first 1.5 years great and then stopped cooling. Had to throw away all items fromt he freezer. Samsung service took a few days to send the technician and then it broke again within 2 months.

Huge Refrigerator! Just what we wanted. Two kinds of ice! That's pretty cool. I'm pleased with the refrigerator. Be prepared for children to be befuddled by the lack of handles. They'll get used to it after they smear their hands all over the front a few times :) Samsung customer service has been fantastic. And they delivered to us in the middle of nowhere. During a trying home move, Samsung has been a bright spot in an otherwise difficult time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s exactly as expected. The fridge space is fantastic. The freezer discs is tighter than in my old side by side, but I knew that was the trade off. It still happy with my decision; the auto-filling water picture is great.

Our GE of 25 years finally went out on us. We saw this beauty and brought it home!!! I will say, I saw an earlier post about the ice maker not working. It took until the next day for ours to start producing ice!! It’s a nice new addition to our life!!! Very roomy fridge!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the refrigerator over a year ago. Not had any issue with it. It has tons of space, we can never fill it so getting items and knowing what’s in there is a breeze. Love have 2 sizes of ice. We wanted no water/ice dispenser and this is exactly that. Those dispensers seem to always break so this was a good compromise for us. All in all we are very pleased with the unit.

The quality seem good though the door closure is not tuned as well as our last fisher and paykel. Smart feature is nice, got notifications that my wife left the door open a bit when I was not at home. I also enjoy the different ice cubes and it looks very clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this Fridge few weeks ago. I would like to give 5 star rating for transportation and installation. This Fridge was delivered on time and no delays. We really love the design of the fridge with 3 doors with lots of spaces. Special mention is the water pitcher and it met our expectations. Samsung once again provide the new fridge with lot of features.

We really like the look of this fridge and the integrated water pitcher and quick access door. Its got great storage (its massive). No issues the first 2 and 1/2 years but then started having cooling problems in the freezer. Soft ice cream, no ice being made. We initially attributed the problem to perhaps someone leaving the freezer door ajar. Eventually determined fridge and freezer was not cooling properly. Samsung sent out a tech right away and he determined there was an internal coolant leak and it can't be fixed. The tech refilled the coolant and the fridge worked partially for a few more days but same problem returned. He also noted that he has seen at least one other fridge with the same problem. Perhaps a assembly issue in the early models? The fridge app did eventually raise an alert as well that there was a cooling problem (but only after 1 week of failing to cool). Samsung support was outstanding in facilitating a full store credit. I'd rather just have the working fridge but they did get us a credit in order to order a new one and the process only took about 1 week. I hate the idea of a $2k 2.5 year old fridge being scrapped for waste. I wish it could have been repaired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great and large refrigerator! Ice maker is excellent with two types of ice, really love it for quickly cooling drinks. The auto refill jar is also super convenient! Only small design flaw is the handles on top of door will get dusty, grimy, and will be hard to clean.
