It has the capacity we need and love the features (filtered cold water ready to pour but not on the door!), its simplicity, and its counter depth that allows us to easily see what we have and thus waste less. Still can hold enough for a household of 4. So very happy with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge and have had it for three months now. Overall a good fridge. We love the cosmetic style, the built in water container, the size, and the fact it makes ice in the freezer. However we have had an issue with the ice maker from day 1 where the ice maker is making cubes that form large ice clump. So my ice tray is just one large ice clump. They have “fixed” it once, problem still present after fix. They have replaced the ice maker, problem still present after replacement. Waiting for next technician or Samsung to properly fix issue. I don’t know if this is a known or common issue with this brand and model but it’s really annoying when you spend this kind of money and a simple component of the appliance doesn’t work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked for the first 1.5 years great and then stopped cooling. Had to throw away all items fromt he freezer. Samsung service took a few days to send the technician and then it broke again within 2 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this fridge. Includes installation, so I don't have to worry about anything. Works beautifully, too quiet, has a huge inner space to put everything. Only Con as every stainless steel, fingerprints are easily mark on doors.

I have heard of some issues with other Samsung refrigerators, so keeping my fingers and toes crossed, because I would love to have this for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the fridge for a couple weeks now and it has been great. The fridge itself is very spacious. It is out far enough that we don't have the issue with the doors being too big like some other have complained about. The freezer is smaller on the counter depth then the standard depth but we would rather have more fridge space. We love the water pitcher and the two different types of ice. We previously had to use a brita and ice trays so it's nice not having to fill those up ourselves anymore. We purchased all new samsung appliances and so far they have all been great.
