The crisper drawer has helped maintain freshness with our vegetables that aren’t going bad within days. It’s quiet and the lighting helps see everything. The ice trays are handy, and we love it came with its own scooper in its own little home. We got the white glass panels, and use it to write messages the family needs to see in dry erase marker.

So, It's not SUPER hard to impress me! lol Having said that, I do absolutely love this refrigerator. I love the no-handles feature because my refrigerator has a wall on the right side and this makes a huge difference when I open the door. I love how roomy and spacious the fridge is. I enjoy the alerts if I accidentally leave the door open. I love how clean it looks on the outside due to having the icemaker in the bottom freezer and the water bottle in the door. All in all, I'm very pleased!

It stopped working again on Saturday September 28, 2024. Lost all food in freezer and refrigerator AGAIN! Waiting to hear from repair guy. We areNOT happy. I would never recommend this product.

It’s also very spacious, and we especially love the ice maker, which makes two different types of ice. It’s cool! However, one thing we’re confused about is the panel on the left door. It can fold in, but when it’s folded, cold air escapes from inside the fridge even when the doors are closed. So we have to unfold it every time to prevent cold air from leaking. I’m sure there’s a reason it was designed that way, but we just haven’t had time to read the instructions yet. Overall, we love our new refrigerator!
