When my kids don’t close the fridge, I get a text! How awesome is that! The freezer is spacious and provides appropriate storage space for those kid frozen snacks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The designer of this bespoke refrigerator was a genius. The shelving holds anything from butter to gallon jugs and tall wine bottles. The 4 large drawers have great space in them 2 are taller which we keep cans in also not just a lunch meat drawer n vegetables any more. Which makes great for organizing my items. The door shelves range in size from keeping butter to gallon drinks. The auto fill h20 pitcher with infuser was a special bonus . The easy to use half shelf , yes I said it right, if more height is needed in interior the shelf literally folds Freezer time, the 2 size self contained ice cube tray with cover n scope was a wonderful idea. My kids no longer use hands or just swishing cups thru ice. Very clean. The bottom compartments are very spacious. The top shelf half keeps our frozen breakfast items and deserts for easy access. The flash freeze and cool come in handy for me also. So easy to set. The h2o filter is conveniently located in front center interior of refrigerator and the digital settings are easy to see n use. There is also a handy app if you're one who wishes to use. There is also a bell alarm for when door is left open. Yes I hear it frequently around here. I truly am very satisfied with this purchase and am glad I bought it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this fridge. Includes installation, so I don't have to worry about anything. Works beautifully, too quiet, has a huge inner space to put everything. Only Con as every stainless steel, fingerprints are easily mark on doors.

We bought this fridge about 2 months ago. It’s gorgeous, love the design and size. Unfortunately I can’t recommend it do to the very loud whistling sound that it makes. We live in a normal sized house and the whistling can be heard throughout the first floor. They sent a tech out right away, he told me the fridge should not be making the sound but he couldn’t pinpoint the issue. He called for more help and was told it’s a normal operating sound. I find it 100% unacceptable. It’s VERY loud. It’s almost like wind whistling and it goes on and off all day. As I write this review, I’m sitting in my living room with the television on, listening to my brand new gorgeous fridge whistle like a train. How could it be designed to do that?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had many, many refrigerators over the years and have owned many different brands. Some of them were just there when I moved into a place, others I bought to replace an older refrigerator. While features were somewhat important to me, it seems like the price was always the overriding factor. Well ... I finally had enough of refrigerators that made me go "ugh" every time I opened them. Every time I said "ugh" as I was trying to cram something into the freezer. Every Thanksgiving when I said "ugh" as I tried to fit everything into the fridge. ENOUGH! So, as I was shopping for an entirely different appliance I saw the 3-door Bespoke Samsung calling to me from the refrigerator aisle. I was smitten! Look how big it is when you open the door! Look at how conveniently the water filter is located! Look at the auto refill water pitcher in the door! Oh my -- look at the giant freezer drawer, with TWO sizes of ice cubes. I have to admit I didn't purchase it right away (it was a wee bit more than I'd ever spent on a refrigerator before) and ended up going back to the store several times to oooh and aaah over it. I finally pulled the trigger and made the purchase. Best. Decision. Ever. I love everything about this fridge (it's the counter depth one); the water pitcher that auto fills; the ice maker with two ice sizes - regular and really cute itty bitty cubes; the scoop that comes for the ice; the top freezer drawer and the huge bottom drawer; the ability to fit gigantic pans in the refrigerator. On and on and on. Terrific purchase. Should have done it sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is stylish with the glass doors and the flexibility of changing the glass panels with different colors to match youur decor. I like the ice maker as it has two sides in the tray that the ice maker produces small and large cubes and plenty of it. The water dispenser is a carafe that is always filled. I prefer this over having to press a button to dispense the water into a jug, standing and waiting for it to fill.

We had to shim the left door as it was 1/8" lower and wouldn't engage the center draft stop, but that was super easy with the included plastic snap rings. We really like the dual ice maker and the always cold quickly auto-filled water jug. And the fact that this fridge is connected to our smart things app makes it even handier, as you know if the door is accidentally left open, etc.

This Fridge was delivered on time and no delays. We really love the design of the fridge with 3 doors with lots of spaces. Special mention is the water pitcher and it met our expectations. Samsung once again provide the new fridge with lot of features.
