i just received my new samsung bespoke 3-door in sleek white glass — overall happy with my purchase as it adds a minimal sophistication to the space. counter depth is perfect for a small u-shaped kitchen. upon arrival though, the top doors were misaligned. the gap between the doors widens towards the bottom and the top right panel sits higher than the panel on the left. the operator’s manual does not contain instructions on how to fix either of these issues, that i can find. i was only able to find tips on adjusting the 4-door version which doesn’t apply to the 3-door frig. it’s been a frustrating process trying to figure out how to make adjustments to the frig to even everything out and bring this beautiful appliance back to top quality. samsung, please help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the greatest fridge. I love the flexibility of being able to put many different sizes of items in it. I've only used the push-back shelf feature once, but soup season is coming up! I don't think you can put anything that tall in most fridges without removing a shelf. We particularly love the water pitcher. So much better than door water! Like seriously its amazing. There's so much space too! The drawers are great for a person like me who insists there is a "meat drawer", "cheese drawer" and "veggie drawer". There's one of each with an extra for whatever. Did I mention the ice maker? Love the 2 types of ice. The freezer is nice and big too. I've used the app and love having an alarm go off when the door is left open. If I'm not home I can call someone to let them know they left the door open. The power freeze and power cool options are quite handy too! Seriously, this fridge is next level.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off saying that I am upgrading from an older 4 door Samsung which overall I loved, but had icemaker issues. So when this opportunity came up I jumped right at it. This fridge is super sleek from the outside. There are no door handles, exposed icemaker, or water dispenser. All of these features are thoughtfully hidden away. The inside door hides a filtered pitcher of water that holds plenty! If you happen to use it all, it will refill in about 90 seconds. The icemaker is tucked into the freezer drawer and has 2 different types of ice! It has a larger square for maybe a cooler or water bottle, and then smaller nugget like for drinking! We are a big ice household, so this is a plus! Both the fridge and freezer have way more space! Samsung has thoughtfully made each are appropriate for certain items! This helps keep the fridge clean and organized. The freezer is big! Somehow it is bigger than my old one, and still has an ice maker inside! I would say my only complaint about it is that it sticks out a bit more than I would like. Although it is counter depth, the door is about an inch thicker than the door with handles so visually it takes some time to get used to. The trade off is space you can use on the inside of the door! Overall I am very pleased with this fridge in the short time that I have had it.

The quality seem good though the door closure is not tuned as well as our last fisher and paykel. Smart feature is nice, got notifications that my wife left the door open a bit when I was not at home. I also enjoy the different ice cubes and it looks very clean.

I bought this in November 2023, and it breaks down in March 2024. the Refrigerator and freezer stopped working and all the food inside all needed to be thrown out as it was 68 degree in the fridge and freezer. The Samsung tech needs to order parts in order to fix it. I was advised it was a major part too. How can a major company like Samsung put out a product that doesn't last long. I've expected better from a big company like Samsung to have better product as I've owned their TV and monitor. This is such a disappointment.

Bought this fridge 1 day ago. Looks nice but the ice maker is not functioning. Contacted Samsung and won’t have a technician come out until next week. That’s a bit ridiculous for buying a brand new product. I am about to return this thing as I feel the tech is going to say it needs a part and wait a month for it to be fixed. Shame. Especially when I thought I would give Samsung a chance too.

Two sizes of ice are great as well. It's easy to change the water filter (every 6 months so I have only changed it one time so far). My kitchen is being completely remodeled and the stainless steel look is timeless.

We had to shim the left door as it was 1/8" lower and wouldn't engage the center draft stop, but that was super easy with the included plastic snap rings. We really like the dual ice maker and the always cold quickly auto-filled water jug. And the fact that this fridge is connected to our smart things app makes it even handier, as you know if the door is accidentally left open, etc.

I bought the fridge under two weeks ago. Delivery men hooked every thing up and it is yet to get cold. Just a total shame to buy a new fridge and now not be able to have a fridge we can use in our house hold. Set up a Tec to come repair the fridge and is still two weeks out on coming. So basically bought a brand new fridge to get repair parts to get it to work before I can even put a single item in it. Looks great in the kitchen it was a nice new decoration.

Very convenient and most importantly, no fingerprints remain. There is so much room inside this refrigerator and the adjustable shelving is perfect for making room for an oversized watermelon. The no handles design and water pitcher inside the door gives it a sleek and modern look. It also makes it easy to clean.
