Great fridge for a growing family
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the greatest fridge. I love the flexibility of being able to put many different sizes of items in it. I've only used the push-back shelf feature once, but soup season is coming up! I don't think you can put anything that tall in most fridges without removing a shelf. We particularly love the water pitcher. So much better than door water! Like seriously its amazing. There's so much space too! The drawers are great for a person like me who insists there is a "meat drawer", "cheese drawer" and "veggie drawer". There's one of each with an extra for whatever. Did I mention the ice maker? Love the 2 types of ice. The freezer is nice and big too. I've used the app and love having an alarm go off when the door is left open. If I'm not home I can call someone to let them know they left the door open. The power freeze and power cool options are quite handy too! Seriously, this fridge is next level.

You have to print out the user manual, which is practical but not customer friendly. Love the auto fill water feature, still figuring out how to change the filter (no manual yet). Beautifully designed, great ice maker set up. Overall, very happy.
sleek design
i just received my new samsung bespoke 3-door in sleek white glass — overall happy with my purchase as it adds a minimal sophistication to the space. counter depth is perfect for a small u-shaped kitchen. upon arrival though, the top doors were misaligned. the gap between the doors widens towards the bottom and the top right panel sits higher than the panel on the left. the operator’s manual does not contain instructions on how to fix either of these issues, that i can find. i was only able to find tips on adjusting the 4-door version which doesn’t apply to the 3-door frig. it’s been a frustrating process trying to figure out how to make adjustments to the frig to even everything out and bring this beautiful appliance back to top quality. samsung, please help.

Not worth the money.
Bought this fridge 1 day ago. Looks nice but the ice maker is not functioning. Contacted Samsung and won’t have a technician come out until next week. That’s a bit ridiculous for buying a brand new product. I am about to return this thing as I feel the tech is going to say it needs a part and wait a month for it to be fixed. Shame. Especially when I thought I would give Samsung a chance too.

Great Fridge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a new house we moved into in late February 2023. I love it for the most part. It's roomy enough for our needs and the two types of ice is an added bonus I didn't think I needed, but now know better. My only complaint is the water pitcher. The pitcher will not refill if there is condensate on it. It is a safety feature in case of leaks which is understandable. It may be fine in less humid climates, but I live in Southeast Texas, where as soon as you take it out in the summer, it starts sweating immediately. Most times I can just dry it off, but there are times when that isn't enough and I have to leave the pitcher out to air dry on it's own, which is a big inconvenience sometimes. Overall though, I'm happy with my purchase.
Trouble, trouble!!

Still waiting for it to work
I bought the fridge under two weeks ago. Delivery men hooked every thing up and it is yet to get cold. Just a total shame to buy a new fridge and now not be able to have a fridge we can use in our house hold. Set up a Tec to come repair the fridge and is still two weeks out on coming. So basically bought a brand new fridge to get repair parts to get it to work before I can even put a single item in it. Looks great in the kitchen it was a nice new decoration.

A great looking and great operating fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge a month ago and I love it! The water pitcher is amazing my children can get water on there own with out spilling. Nice space inside the fridge and freezer. Love the nice clean look of the doors. Also you able to connect the fridge to your phone to change the settings and it will notify you if the doors happen to be left open.
Great Features

The refrigerator is spacious and I love the different ice is at the ice maker can make. Especially with the tree in the freezer and having a separate water station within the door highly recommend
