We bought this flooring in 2020 and this is our third home using the Sam’s laminate. It is very durable as we have 3 small dogs that occasionally have accidents and we have had no problems at all. I love how easy it is to keep clean and we went with Barnwood this time thru our dinning room, living room and hallway. My hubby laid the laminate and it went down easily. We especially love the thickness and price. It’s not too light and not too dark. So it doesn’t show up pet hair and dirt like dark flooring would. Highly recommend!

I bought this laminate to use throughout and airBNB I’m building. I have tried multiple times and multiple ways to install it. I watched several videos and reached out to the manufacturer. After several hours and multiple attempts I called someone who has installed flooring and he spent several hours trying. The edges break off and then won’t stay “clicked” in. You can do a few rows just fine and then if something causes one piece to break all of it does. I have installed laminate flooring before and this has been sooo difficult. Out of time and energy- all 49 boxes going back.

Purchased this product for my stairs. I had to order the stair nosing from Select Surfaces and the color doesn’t even come close to matching. The nosing has a grayish tone. It is not the same color as the trim that can be purchased from Sam’s. After contacting customer service, I sent them a picture of the nosing and they said it was the correct color. The laminate also appears to be cheaply made. Some of the planks were chipped on the edges from shipping.

Installed over 2,000 square feet for our new home. Our hot water heater burst due to freeze and caused chair reaction of damaging entire flooring. The hot water (1) warped the planks instantly 2) no amount of drying with towels or professional blower/dryers helped , (3) all of the wet seams failed, (4) the pads created mildew from the water in between them and plank with squishy water when walked on that would leak out after week of attempts to blow it dry, (5) once planks dried they peeled and wobbled never same cause the backing swelled (6) we removed all moisture damaged planks and moisture was still found on subfloor hiding. (7) had to rent a commercial bin to throw all the flooring out because of how it’s one direction installed from beginning to end, now we have concrete subfloors and it’s dangerous. Want our money back, 100% Disabled Veteran now not safe on concrete subfloors.

Doesn’t look like the display. Trouble getting it to fit. Several areas where it doesn’t fit together properly. Took a while to realize that’s how it is. The installer said he would never work with flooring from Sams again. Not finished installing so not sure how it’ll hold up.

We bought this product after buying a sample box for our contractor to approve. He said it appears to be a quality product so we ordered enough for the project with 10% extra for insurance. We have half the room complete and have already discovered 3 boxes missing the entire face (the part that shows) Now I'm nervous about how many boxes are going to be like this. Terrible thing to discover after starting the job.

I can't understand how this floor has so many stars. The finish is nice, but the pieces do not interlock. This was so unbelievably frustrating. We bought 40 boxes and had to return all 40 after trying 7 boxes, thinking it was us, and 8 hours of work later. We tried every angle, every technique, called customer service. Each jigsaw piece was just slightly off. If I cut some of the pieces it might fit, but then as soon as we put more than 2 boards together, they would pop right back out because they never actually locked in together. I thought maybe we just bought faulty boxes, but according to the company they have had no complaints (I don't buy that for one second). Honestly, there are better quality, cheaper floors elsewhere. Save your sanity and don't buy this!!!!

Used this product in my dining room and was very pleased with it. Decided to put in my kitchen. When reinstalling my dishwasher a connection became lose and leaked. Used my shop vac and a fan to clean water up within the hour. 34 butt joints raised considerably and had to be replaced. Was extremely disappointed in it’s performance.

Do not buy! This stuff is absolute garbage, look at the bad reviews, they are all 100% true. Does not go together easily, breaks, the particle board is soft and crumbly.....I retuned the entire order and the 3 wasted boxes and went to home depot and picked some out that worked easily.

We absolutely love this floor. Installed in throughout our entire main level of the house. It looks amazing and holds up really well with kids.
