I had a difficult time getting it to connect to my wi-fi, but if I read the directions a little better it would have been easy. I ran the vacuum today and was amazed at how well it cleans. The one thing I noticed when dumping out the dirt from the bin that it had actually picked up a lot of sand which my other vacuums miss repeatedly. I live on a beach so we do get sand dragged into the house easily. Wonderful machine. So happy to have because at my age it really saves my back.

I'm shocked at how much it picks up and cleans better than my old vacuum!! It works with Alexa, easy to start cleaning ! This vacuum is so great to have ..after a busy day of work, I just start it up..and let it go! It cleans as I cook! Excellent quality and I've recommended to all of my friends...they need a shark robot vacuum!!! The Shark EZ Robot is my favorite!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love, love this vacuum! I ordered because my other robot vacuum died and I am beyond happy with its performance. It was very easy to setup and it only took me about 5 minutes to get it running. The app was simple as well and took me less than 5 minutes to setup and connect. I run it about twice a day, everyday and it preforms perfectly. It is able to keep up with the hair from my Siberian Husky and the mess from my toddler. It runs for a couple of hours each day. My favorite thing about this vacuum is how quiet it is. I have had to check on it several times because it sounds like it stopped running when I listen for it from the other room. It is always running it is just that quiet. It hardly ever gets its brush rolls tangled which is amazing because I have long hair and I have a Siberian Husky who is blowing his summer coat. It has amazing suction power and even leaves cleaning lines on my carpet. It is able to pick up big debris like dog food and even small crumbs. I was hesitant to order this one because it isn’t self emptying. However, I have found that this isn’t an issue for me. Even though it runs for hours every day I only have to empty it about every other day. The battery life is amazing. It runs for at least an hour before it needs to recharge. I have only experienced a couple of errors. I’ve had the obstruction error when the brush roll needs cleaned. I also had an error that the vacuum needed to be relocated. This was a little frustrating but I eventually discovered that the error was due to a magnet being stuck to the vacuum. Overall, I am very happy with this vacuum and its performance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone that is looking for a robot vacuum.

If you have children or pets who shed so you are constantly vacuuming you need this. It has a thing to help with dust bunnies in those hard to reach places that we don’t want to clean. I have a open floor plan so I don’t have any issues with this getting caught in anything. I do have a few area rugs and it goes over them just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I have to say is this vacuum is absolutely incredible. Easy to set up, 1,2,3, hooked up to my internet right away. I let it charge for 6 hours and used it right away. It did 650 sq feet of our first floor and still have 40% battery left snd was going for an entire house. Must say it was very relaxing watching it go around my house with no issues. Made sure to move toys and some chairs around but all in all it was awesome, and my kids love it because my son thinks he’s off the hook now. Highly recommend

I can be getting other cleaning done while this little machine does my vacuuming for me. It is super simple to set up by connecting to wifi and downloading the app. You can schedule set times for it to start or you can manually start it from the app whenever you want. I was very surprised by how well it works and how much dirt it picks up. This thing gets under tables and in every corner. When it’s finished, it goes right back into its base. I am very impressed with this vacuum and do not know how I lived without one before!

It’s compact in size so the dock and vacuum both fit easily in any corner of the house where an outlet is available. It comes fully assembled and the only pieces you have to attach are the two rotating brushes underneath the unit. For such a small vacuum I’m surprised how much it picks up. The trash compartment is simple to detach and empty when needed. With a small toddler in the house there are frequent messes and crumbs at all times so it helps to have this run in between deeper vacuuming. The app is pretty simple to setup and connect to wifi. There are no customizable settings so all you can do through the app is to map out the house or program scheduled cleanings. I wasn’t able to see any setting for row-by-row cleaning which would have been great because the random pattern tends to miss things and feels less efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say I was very impressed at how well the Shark EZ Robot out performed my previous robot vacuum. The Shark was easy to set up and maneuvered around obstacles easily. I especially liked how the robot would return to the docking station, recharge then continue cleaning. The ability to set up a cleaning schedule as well as control it from my phone using an app was kind of cool. Who would have ever thought I could vacuum my rug from school. It's also kind of cool to watch. I would definitely recommend this product.

The opportunity came and I have one now. Let me tell you, I’ve absolutely changed my way of thinking about a robot vacuum. It’s definitely a better floor cleaner than me, and the dog. I am able to start my shark anytime of the day with the app and it does a great job at cleaning my floors. This was super easy to set up, I was vacuuming within minutes after opening the box. My shark has been pretty impressive, it let me know when it got stuck on some things on my son’s floor. It is really simple to empty out the dust bin and it actually holds more than I thought it would. I have been running it daily and it has made vacuuming my house a breeze!
